Beautiful cottage in great location. Property is very clean, very spacious & extremely well equiped. Certainly one of the nicest places we have stayed. Nice touch having Xmas tree up for our New Year break.

Warm, welcoming, well equipt.Lovely Christmas tree too. We spent a good week here. Loved Needham Market and visited Bury St. Edmunds. Would be a delight in summer as the garden was lovely, including outdoor seating, a BBQ and a water feature.

We had a lovely week, the house is ideal, very clean, well- equipped and finished to a high standard, with numerous extra small touches. The starter pack was greatly appreciated. Garden with table and chairs, and plenty of parking. Very quiet and peaceful. Recommended, would definitely return.
