There is also a glass mezzanine balcony area with seating area. Outside there is an enclosed garden and off road parking for three cars. Bridge House is ideally located for the local village amenities and for exploring the stunning surrounding countryside with nearby Hamsterley Forest offering a network of walking and cycling routes. Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, fridge, washing machine, 55" 3D TV with Sky (with Sports and Movies packages), Blu-ray Home Cinema System, Infinity WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Great accommodation

The owner is very welcoming and friendly and provides a lovely property.

The layout was great for us as we had the super-king bedroom with en-suite while the teenage children were upstairs in double rooms with a bathroom between them. If in the kitchen area not cut off from the family as close to large open plan lounge and dining area. This property is large and spacious but the owner has added some lovely things to make it homely and welcoming.

If the opportunity arises we will definitely book again as this was a great place to stay.

The village square is within walking distance and there are nice pubs, great cafe and other eateries, a good gift shop and local shop for milk etc

I would recommend this place to friend or relatives and as said above would like to visit again at a later date.
