This property is in an unique position overlooking the bay of Maladroxia, and being only 150 mts from the beach makes it ideal for those who just want to chill out, and one of the best examples in this price range.
The property is very well kept and almost new with plenty of space for up to 4 persons.
The villette consists of 2 bedrooms one with double bed and one with 2 singles both have air con.
1 bathroom with shower, wc, basin, bidet, washing machine, hallway leading to living area which has a sofa which can also be used as a bed if required but we stress that not more than 4 persons even though there are 5 beds in total. Large patio doors leading to a very large veranda for eating outside.
Tv, fully fitted modern kitchen, air con, all utensils for cooking, pots and pans. From the veranda you have a panoramic sea view of the bay below and this part of the coast does not get to windy and the sea is mainly calm.
This villette is perfect for families or couples and parking is no problem.
Close by there is the town of Sant'Antioco.
From Cagliari airport it takes around an hour by car to reach Sant'Antioco and is one straight road, you just stay on the SS130 and don't come off.
When you arrive in San'Antioco you will find supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, etc this is where you will do your shopping as there are no shops in Maladroxia, Sant'Antioco is just 10 minutes from the villa.
This island is connected with a road bridge and is still a thriving fishing port where you can still buy fresh fish daily from the fishermen as they return with the nights catch, but you will have to be up early!......Also on the island there are many sandy beaches but the best ones are at Maladroxia, then a short drive you have Calasetta which is another harbour of fishing boats plus the ferry to San Pietro island and the town of Carloforte, once again a fishing port.
So a great place to explore.
Airport transfer is available at extra cost and must be booked in advance. I use a professional company.
