Welcome to Heath House.

Leave your troubles at the door and prepare for a short break like no other. Amid the rolling countryside of the Cotswolds stands Heath House, a perfect marriage of modern convenience and traditional luxury.

The house sleeps up to 16 in bedrooms spread across the first and second floors of the house in 5 large double bedrooms and, for large groups, a separate annexe. Each of the bedrooms benefits from an ensuite bathroom while the lucky couple in the master bedroom can enjoy the double shower and Jacuzzi bath – so relaxing you’ll never want to get out!

For those who like to retreat to their bedrooms early, there’s a large LCD TV in each room.

Enter Heath House through the main entrance and spare a moment to take in the beautiful entrance hall with its sweeping staircase leading you up to the large balcony landing above. Head through the doors into the handy downstairs cloakroom, beautiful drawing room or the elegant dining room, with seating for 12 guests. The drawing room is the perfect relaxing space to enjoy a break away with friends or family. Sit in the evenings around the large inglenook fireplace with a glass of wine or spread across the house as the hifi system follows you everywhere into each room of the ground floor.

At the heart of the home is the kitchen. Blended with a cosy sitting area, this room is ideal for chatting with friends while preparing a feast in the traditional Aga. With all necessary implements and utensils provided, you’ll be able to whip up all of your favourite dishes in no time, but don’t cook too quickly – there’s nothing better than the smell of cooking flowing through the ground floor on a cold winter’s day!

For those quick nibbles, there’s no need to set the grand dining room for a feast when you can pile up a plate and tuck in on the second dining area in the conservatory, which overlooks the garden.

The garden itself includes 6 acres of grounds, a BBQ area and a dining table so if you’re in the mood for a BBQ or a spot of alfresco dining, come outside to enjoy the British sunshine, let the kids enjoy the grounds and catch up with relatives and friends from your little piece of the English countryside.

About 3 miles out of Banbury, your nearest rail and motorway connection at Banbury Railway Station and the M40, each of which provide easy access to Oxford, Birmingham and London. There’s plenty to see and do here with two excellent golf courses a quarter of a mile and half a mile away from the house and local horse riding also within walking distance. Speaking of walking, the Cotswolds are renowned for their stunning natural beauty and there are plenty of local walks to enjoy the amazing scenery. If you’re thirsty on the way back, there’s plenty of local pubs and restaurants offering a wonderful range of foods and local drinks.

If you like your history there’s plenty to offer in easy reach including Warwick and nearby Leamington Spa, as well as Blenheim, Oxford and London.
