Belvedere is a cosy detached villa set on a quiet district of Costa Rei with shared pool.
The villa is set on two floors. On the ground floor there is a living area with dining and sitting corner with sat TV, a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, a shower room. On the loft (internally accessed) there is a twin bedroom (the beds can be adjoined).
Outdoors there is a large roofed terrace with a gorgeous sea view and BBQ area, a fully fenced lawned garden, a utility area with alfresco shower.
A stunning sandy beach is just a short distance from the villa (approx. 950 meters) and equipped with a comfortable parking lot useful for your car; while a supermarket, a bar, a restaurant, and a typical street market are less far (approx. 500 meters).
A short stroll from this nice holiday villa (approx. 100 meters) there is a restaurant and a communal pool seasonally open which can be accessed by paying on the spot a weekly pass or a daily ticket.

Villetta panoramica

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo passato due settimane ad agosto in questa bella villetta. Il punto di forza sono sicuramente il patio e il giardino panoramico, fare colazione in tutta tranquillità con la vista del mare è impagabile. L’interno della casa è piccolo ma funzionale, con alcuni punti di attenzione e miglioramento già segnalati all’agenzia (materassi scomodi e il soppalco molto caldo, quest’ultimo problema mitigato dall’aria condizionata) La posizione è comodissima, tranquilla e a 5’ di auto dalle spiagge di Costa Rei, che sono poco affollate e perfette anche per i bambini, e la più animata Villasimius si raggiunge in 20’. Luca è stato sempre molto preciso, cortese e disponibile, valutazione ottima dal punto di vista dell’accoglienza.
