About this property

The beautiful Arcadien villa in Calpe has a capacity for 6 guests with beautiful views of the Peñón de Ifach Natural Park and the sea. It is located within the Maryvilla de Calpe urbanization and is ideal for families in an absolutely privileged environment, quiet and with plenty of natural light.

Distribution of the villa:

The accommodation has 120 m² all on one floor, we find a master bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom with bath, a second bedroom with two single beds and the third bedroom with two more single beds. A bathroom with shower, a living-dining room with beautiful views, air conditioning and a gas fireplace, a fully equipped independent kitchen. From the living room there is access to a beautiful terrace from where you can contemplate beautiful sunrises and sunsets with the Peñon de Ifach in the background and our calm Mediterranean Sea.

Exterior of the villa:

Going down a flight of stairs from the house, you will find the beautiful private pool from where you can enjoy the beautiful views again, and from where you can have lunch, breakfast or dinner, thus having several spaces for rest and enjoyment. You can not miss it!

It is located 2 km from the sandy beach of Puerto Blanco, 2 km from the rock cove "Les Urques", 4 km from the city of Calpe. 4 km from the Mercadona supermarket, 4 km from the Calpe train station.

We had a great time at the Villa Arcadien ...

We had a great time at the Villa Arcadien in Calpe, brilliant views and lovely villa. There was a bit of a mix up as the cleaners were still there when we got there at 4.00 pm. We had to brush up the leaves and cigarette butts around the pool from the previous occupants, the cleaners had not tidied around the pool. Overall this was a minor hiccup, the villa was beautifully positioned and it was nice and quiet.The kitchen had all the utensils required to cook the most demmanding of meals and the we had no troubles getting the Wi-Fi set up. We are trying to re-book for next year.

Nos encantaron las maravillosas vistas al mar y al Peñón de Ifach. Destacar la amabilidad y diligencia de Luis que fue muy atento, así como las personas de la oficina y el personal de mantenimiento. Para mejorar podrían instalar un lavavajillas, añadir una segunda cama de matrimonio, instalar mosquiteras en condiciones, reparar el suelo de la entrada exterior, las tuberías del baño pequeño huelen un poco, y la plancha de la ropa no la encontramos.
