|Minimum Stay||7 nights|
This bright and spacious 4 bedroom apartment is built and equipped to the highest standards, all with free wifi and air conditioning and dependant on position, enjoying large balconies or roof terraces. The swimming pools are immaculate and the surrounding areas beautifully landscaped and maintained, ensuring a peaceful and beautiful situation. Over the past ten years the careful planning and development behind Bellesregard has become evident as the estate reaches quiet fruition. Graceful trees are silhouetted against stunning backgrounds and move gently in the soft breezes, while gorgeously coloured bougainvillea drifts languorously across the decorative trellis and the gentle gurgling of the fountains and decorative pools provide a natural musical background.
Puerto Pollensa works for all ages and Bellesregard encapsulates everything people want from this friendly and welcoming little town. They want to come on holiday secure in the knowledge that everyone from babes in arms to grandparents have been taken into account, with children and teenagers as thrilled as their parents and grandparents to come back here year on year. There are much loved rituals to holidaying here - going for a run in the morning and watching the town wake up before heading back to the balcony with warm bread and the papers, watching other people float down to the pool with their babies or head off to their boats with their teenagers for the day.
Bellesregard at night presents a totally different face to daytime, with the soft perfume of flowers and herbs casting tantalising trails across the paths which meander by softly bubbling fountains and gently lapping pools to reach the apartments. It makes for a delightful stroll for those wandering back up along the Pine Walk after a lovely dinner and a walk around the front and the square, knowing that the teenagers are still having a safe and fun time out. Faint snatches of conversation and laughter resonate on the evening air as people relax on their balconies, sipping wine and gazing up at a velvety star strewn sky, lazily planning the days ahead. They want to come back year after year as their children grow up and Puerto Pollensa remains a vital part of their happiest times as a family, the scene of so many nostalgic memories and a setting which isn’t just part of their childhoods but at the heart of the family’s life.

Ended up staying in a 4 bed villa next door to apartment as apartment wasn't available. So was grateful that Marga offered us this instead. We were a group of 6 holidaying for my husbands 50th with our 2 grown up children and their partners.
The whole complex is beautiful, the grounds and pool areas are immaculate, the property was spotless and very comfortable very well equipped and spacious, a short stroll from the beach and a very pleasant walk along pinewalk to bars and restaurants.
We had no hot water when we arrived, but within 30 mins of telling Marga someone was there to sort it out, this is avery well run company and sure whether you were in villa or apartment you'd be very happy. We would definitely recommend and would return
We stayed in Atlas for the second time and really enjoyed our stay. Everything was as we expected although there was a certain lack of instructions re the television and the the air con.
We would recommend to friends.
It was well cleaned and maintained and the service, when needed was good.
We liked Stay, Can Garassa and Tangos.
I enjoyed the holiday and the property. However I did have some problems in accessing it. We were sent directions to find the key safe and the property in Spanish and when I asked if there was an English version, I was told to translate them myself using the computer, but I was unable to do this, my friend also tried and we couldn't copy the text to do this. I had to get my own directions using google maps . When I arrived at Bellresguard I had no idea which gate to use and ended up driving round and round because I had only the use of google maps and had no local directions . I had to find the offices myself and pick up the key from the key safe . When I eventually did arrive , the front door to the block was locked and the key didn't work, I called the contact number to ask if someone could help and was told there was no-one to come. I asked what to do and she told me to ring the bell for all the other apartments. There were no other cars there. I did ring the bell and eventually somebody opened the front door from their apartment. I thought this was quite poor, if there had not been someone in I don't know how we would have got in. I had to take the keys into the office the next day to be changed. The apartment was nice but not well planned, for example if you were stood at the fridge, someone opened the kitchen door into you. The shower rooms were badly designed, the floor got very wet each time we showered and didn't dry out very well. Despite these problems, the whole experience was nice, the location great with lovely views onto the Sierra Tramuntana and easy access to the pine walk. The grounds were well cared for too.
Pollensa by var koselig, men litt vanskelig å kjøre bil i. Trange gater som ser helt lik ut. Parker bilen utenfor.
Fantastic accommodation, this really is five star living, from start to finish we had a wonderful holiday, the apartment set the standard right from the very start, the wonderful bellresguard estate is a nice stroll from the beach, puerto pollensia will always be my default setting when I want to get away from it all, and finding these apartments really does make it extra special
Puerto de Pollensa is set along a sheltered, horse shoe-shaped bay on Mallorca’s north coast, and is backed by the majestic ranges of the Tramuntana Mountains. This former fishing village is now a holiday destination, owing to its laid-back ambience and island charm.
The tinkling marina makes an atmospheric soundtrack to relaxing strolls along Pine Walk on a balmy evening – this popular pine and palm tree-lined promenade follows the pretty waterside. You’ll also find plenty of restaurants and pavement cafes in the town, perfect for people watching over a light lunch or an ambient dinner.
Puerto Pollensa’s main beach is a real draw – it’s long, wide and deep, with golden sands and excellent views over the mountains. Kayaks and pedaloes can be hired from here, and banana boating and parasailing are available too. Meanwhile, on the opposite site of the bay, you’ll find D’Albercuix beach, which runs along Pine Walk making it smaller and narrower but no less charming for it.
Each year, the Pollensa Music Festival is held here – an event that was founded in 1962 by Philip Newman, a great violist who retired to the area. Now under Czech violinist’s Eugen Prokop’s direction, visitors can enjoy a series of classical concerts in Puerto de Pollensa throughout July and August each year, with musicians coming from all over the world to perform.
A few miles inland, you’ll find Pollensa itself, a gorgeous old town that’s peppered with attractive, historic buildings including a former Jesuit convent that is used today as the local town hall. There are a handful of interesting museums here too, such as the Pollensa Municipal Museum and the Monograph Museum of Pollensa.
