Situated in the Aiguadolc marina area of Sitges, Apartment Marina has to be one of the best located holiday apartments in the whole Sitges area, overlooking a large sandy cove with safe bathing as well as great beach bar and restaurant.

Just a few steps around the corner is the highly popular Aiguadolc marina with its numerous excellent restaurants and bars offering a wide variety of cuisine (ranging from seafood to pizza) and the perfect venue for enjoying dinner, lunch or cocktails while overlooking the yachts and fishing boats.

In addition, Sitges town centre is only a pleasant 15-minute stroll along the attractive coast path.

The apartment complex is fully equipped with two swimming pools and a full sized tennis court as well as pleasant gardens and large lawn areas all open for guest enjoyment.

ACCOMODATION

Recently refurbished in a bright, attractive and contemporary style, Apartment Marinia has 3 nicely furnished bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms as well as an open plan living / dining area and fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the building and can be accessed either by stairs or by elevator. The entrance leads directly into the stylish and bright open-plan living room/dining area with beautiful views over the beach and out to sea.

The living area has recently been tastefully furnished with two large and comfortable sofas and coffee table, and is equiped with a TV, DVD player, music system and a selection of books to enjoy. This room also featues a small balcony with beautiful sea views.

The dining space has a large dining table that comfortably seats 6 guests as well as ambient lighting.

The kitchen is fully equipped with four-ring gas hob, built-in oven, microwave, large refrigerator and freezer, kettle, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. The breakfast bar has 2 barstools for additional guest seating.

The bedrooms are located off the hallway to the left of the entrance.

Apartment Marina is the perfect choice for those looking for an attractive beach setting with everything close at hand and yet still away from the hustle and bustle of the town center.

Nice apartment on the beach!

Beautiful location! Great beach view and beach access. Check-in was easy but finding the property was very confusing. The bathrooms weren't very very clean (grout, mildew) but overall it was a comfortable unit.
