We are Joaquin and Marisa:

Enjoy your holidays and feel as if You Were at home.

Lovely and new apartment 150 squared meters. Perfect place if you are looking for a center but quite location. Near Central Market, museums, best restaurants and shops. Next to public transport, 7 minutes walking from the beach. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom.

We will give you any information you need at check-in time.

I can help you in organizing activities such a winery tour, a visit to famous parks, shoes tour,... Just ask me for!

House Rules:

We wish you enjoy the apartment and take care of it.

Pets and parties are not allowed. The peace and quiet of neigbours must be respected.

Smoking is not allowed at the apartment. However, you can do it in the gallery.

We request to responsible consumption of electricity and water.

It will take you 30 minutes to reach the apartement from the airport, by taxi or bus; A bus public transport is available at the airport (3.85 euros): Go up to the second floor, take blue bus 6C line, and get off at the bus-stop called Mercado, in Alfonso X El Sabio Street, 75 meters far from the apartment,. I will be waiting for you at this bus stop.

Trip. Accommodation:

The apartment is in the heart of town, 50 mt far from the main streets Alfonso X and La Rambla, in a lively Neighbourhood. Modern, charming, with luxury items. Bedrooms are located in the back side of the apartment. There are no traffic and it is very quiet . The apartment is surrounded by Shops, central market, restaurants and entertaiment ..... everything is so close that you can walk everywhere with no need for a car.

Trip. Services and common parts:

The apartment is located in the second floor, with elevator. Full equipped and open-concept kitchen with all the household and small appliances (dishwasher machine). There is a water purification system, so you don't need to carry bottles of water. New memory foam matresses made of visco: You will sleep like never before !. Of course bed linen, towels, soap, champoo, iron and hairdryer are provided. A car park is available if needed.

Trip. Attention :

Negotiable check-in and check-out hour. We will be waiting for you at the apartment to give you keys and all information you need. We can be in touch by using WhatsApp.

The neighborhood:

Quiet and lively Neighbourhood, 50 mt from main streets. Close to the Central Market (beer or wine to enjoy open-air), and just 7minutes to the beach and harbour area. Nearby you can find the famous Santa Bárbara castle , a place to visit and perfect for jogging. If you prefer nightlife, you can find "El Barrio" 3 minutes by walking , full of pubs and restaurants. And, of course, one of the best icecreams you can taste in Spain.

Getting around:

Although the best way to get around is on foot Alicante, there is Also a cheap, comfortable bus service in the city. Besides, in front of the apartment there is a Tram station, Which will take you to The nearest beaches and cities, as San Juan, Campello, Benidorm, Denia, ...

Perfect!!

5 of us came to Alicante for the start of the Volvo Ocean Race. The apartment was beyond what we had hoped for. perfect location, huge and very clean. I would recommend this to anyone that visits the beautiful city of Alicante!

Great Appartment

The Appartment had more than enough room for 4 adults.Kitchen was very well equipped and the location was minutes from everything ( beach,food store,downtown). It was nice to open up the large windows and feel the vibe of the area. Marisa does a great job of keeping the place spotless and was available 24 hours a day. Would definitely stay in her apartments the next time through Alicante.

Fabulous apartment with lovely hosts.

After 1 week with my wife and youngest 2 kids we were joined by my eldest son(17) sister and parents. We moved to this bigger apartment. From the start we were welcomed like family! Collection from the airport, tour of Alicante, lots of useful information....

The apartment is big and well equipped. Short walk to the old city and beach (easy to get bus or taxi back for elderly parents).

I cannot fault this accommodation and would definitely return. Thanks for helping to make this a great holiday.

Beautiful apartment, close to the beach, tram and shops.

7 of us have just had a girls break, we had 4 nights in this fabulous apartment. It's spacious, tastefully decorated and we all absolutely loved it. It's very quiet with no traffic noise and is in a great location for the beach, tram, restaurants, shops and cafes.

Joaquín and Marisa were so lovely and helpful, they picked us up and dropped us back to the airport and gave us helpful tips for eating out, sight seeing etc, we kept in touch with them using What's App.

Can't recommend this apartment highly enough.. thank you x

Exceeded expectations

This apartment was amazing and exactly like the pictures. Everything you could possibly want is provided including toiletries, hairdryers and even hair straighteners. Marianne & Joaquin are fantastic hosts and have gone above and beyond with the information that they provide. They are so friendly and on hand to answer any queries. We loved this apartment and I would highly recommend it and of course the wonderful hosts.
