Casa Amarillo is in a small Spanish style complex 200 metres from the sea. New air con/heating for 2018. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms. WIFI, UK/Spanish TV.. There are all the amenities nearby, beaches, restaurants and bars within a five minute walk. The complex is equipped with an exclusive pool/Childs pool, sauna, small gym and squash court. The three storey townhouse has two secure parking places, four bedrooms, one Master King with en-suite, one double, one small room with 2 singles as a double and a shower room on the first floor. The fourth bedroom/lounge is equipped with a TV ,dvd player, dvd's, has two single beds and a double sofa bed which can sleep up to four people. It also has two private sun terraces one with four sun loungers, the other with a table and chairs . There is another terrace at the front on the ground floor overlooking the pool. It has a table, chairs and bbq. At the rear is a private courtyard with a table and chairs to enjoy al fresco dining. Fully fitted New kitchen, including a washer and dishwasher. Lounge/dining room with a smart TV. The house has been updated to a high standard, ideal for families. It has everthing you need for a relaxing holiday in the Costa Blanca.

Why Michelle Gray chose Jávea

This property is perfect for families. There are two pools one is for small children. A squash court and a small gym.The location is excellent. There are all amenities nearby with lot's of choice for restaurants, bars, watersports, Karting, mini golf, shops etc. Not suitable for large groups or single adults. The house is situated on three floors so be aware that there are stairs. Small quiet complex.

What makes this house unique

One of the unique properties is it is so close to the Arenal beach and promenade. It sleeps up to 8 on a small complex. With a full size squash court, small gym, sauna, showers and pools. We also have 2 secure underground parking spaces. Ideal for families. It has recently been re furbished to a good standard. Everything you need for a family holiday in the sun.

Free Wifi included. English tv just been installed.Brand new Air con for 2018.

I had the best week in Javea for the Easter break – so sad to be back in England! Casa Amarillo is the perfect home away from home, with everything I needed to make myself comfortable. The townhouse was walking distance away from everything, 2 mins away from the sea, 5 mins to the beach, shops, and bars. Casa Amarillo is the perfect sun trap with 4 outside areas to catch the sunshine all day! Javea has everything you would want whilst on holiday, amazing bars, delicious restaurants, a gorgeous beach and friendly locals. Hope to be back soon!!

There is a tv to watch dvd's. A large library of dvd's. We have provided a mini fridge for your use to have cold beverages on the third floor. The third bedroom which is a single room but can fit two single beds together.

A fabulous place to stay.

A beautifully laid out town house, set within a small complex. The property included a lot of essentials including hairdryers, adaptor plugs, bathroom towels and bed linen.

The house was well kept and very clean (including the mattresses) and it was great to be able to order some food items ahead of our arrival as we landed late in the evening,

The top balcony has sun loungers if you want to bake in the sun (factor 50) and it is not overlooked.

The complex seating area faces a lush green setting and a lovely swimming pool, all in view of your seating area. A great place to eat and also has a great collapsible canopy overhead to provide shade or cover in the event of rain. It was as lovely to sit and have some homemade Tapas outside in what is a really safe environment.

The beach front is called Arenal beach and is a short walk away. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and bars and a very useful supermarket all within very easy reach.

There was a great amount of information left in a folder which I found very helpful as it provided some helpful hints on what to do or where to eat.

Exploring is easy as the bus stop is at the top of the road and you can get to Denia very easily. I believe that there is a small train which goes to the port area however, I didn't use this service but others said it was regular in frequency and when I saw it, it looked like a nice way to get around.

I will definitely be going back, soon I hope! Everything from the level of accommodation to the local people that we met were lovely and extremely helpful. There are lots of places to eat and even more places to visit nearby if you decide to drive.

This was one of the nicest holidays I have had. No pressure to go anywhere and if I wanted to there was plenty of choice. I really didn't want to come home!

Lovely house, best location!

We stayed here in August. We were 2 families of 4. House is really nice inside, decorated lovely and everything you need. We had a few problems with air conditioning but Rob was always at the end.of the phone and got it sorted for us.

The pool is lovely and a good size. The gardens we clean and tidy, maybe a little tight for space when busy outside.

We were able to walk everywhere, beach, shops, restaurants, supermarket, tennis, karting, paintball, the house is so handy!

Great time, will be back!

A great location to access all the activities on the Arenal Beach

The house is set within a small complex of similar size properties, the owner had included many items to help our stay. Hairdryers, adaptor plugs, bathroom towels and bed linen. The house was very clean and tidy on arrival and we were very grateful to order a few items ahead of our arrival as we landed late in the evening,

The top balcony had two sun loungers which was such a super hot spot and nice to have a very private area to sun bath. The front seating area just outside the door was the perfect location to have breakfast, lunch or dinner if you do not want to venture out to eat. The Arenal beach is about a 10 minute walk - there is a great fully stocked supermarket at the top of the road and many restaurants to choose from. The owner had left a great amount of information in a folder if you needed some advice on what to do or where to eat. The sea could also be accessed from the other side of the house and although rocky it was a great place to swim in the sea without all the crowds you get at the Arenal. You should take a snorkel and mask! About 15 minutes walk along the beach takes you to a bar which is a bit more expensive but the food is great and your own swimming pool to use (filled with sea water!)

If you want to explore the bus stop is also at the top of the road and you can go to Denia very easily. There is also a small train which goes to the port area. In summary the owner was so helpful before we left the UK it meant everything was so chilled when we arrived and this meant we were all sad to leave as the time had flown by so quickly.

Javea is a gem of a place by the Mediterranean sea on the Costa Blanca. It has a beautiful blue flag beach The Arenal. There are all amenities there, watersports, restaurants and bars over 30 so lot's of choice. It is only a five minute walk from Casa Amarillo. There is a fishing port with restaurants and lot's going on too. In the old town there is a weekly market on Thursdays. It's very traditional with lots of tapas bars. Javea has it all for a fantastic relaxing holiday.
