There is a super king-size double bedroom with a sofa and an en-suite bathroom with access to a twin bedroom, which can only be accessed through this double room. There is also a super king-size double bedroom (zip/link, can be twin on request), a ground floor super king-size double bedroom, a ground floor twin bedroom, a twin bedroom on the first floor, a shower room, a ground floor bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area, a utility room, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a snooker table. Outside there is off road parking for two cars, a front patio with furniture and a shared children’s play area on the cottage complex. Granary Stone House is a lovely base for your break away. Amenities: LPG central heating with woodburning stove. Range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, American fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front patio with furniture. Shared children?s play area on cottage complex. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 1 mile. Note: One of the twin rooms can be accessed via the master bedroom only. Note: Beach is accessed via ownersland on tended pathway suitable for pushchairs. Note: Owners beach hut can be rented for £25 per day.
