A wonderful Victorian townhouse, contemporary, but still maintaining many of its original features. Stunning coastal views. 2 mins walk to the beach and coastal footpath. Shops, pubs, restaurants, café’s all within walking distance.

Seaview House is a terraced townhouse in the town of Ventnor just ten miles from Newport. The cottage sleeps eight people and has one king-size double bedroom with roll-top bath and three twin bedrooms. Family bathroom and family shower room. Also in the cottage are a fitting kitchen with dining area and seating area with electric fire.Outside is on road parking and a patio with furniture and BBQ. Situated at the southern end of the island, Seaview House is a lovely family holiday cottage all year round. Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Range cooker with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with FreeSat, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking in public car park 20 yards away, at a cost of £40 for 7 days (which allows parking in council car parks throughout the island, see iwight.com). Decking and patio with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Note: There are steps from the decking down into the garden and care should be taken. At the end of the patio is a drop; care should be taken and children should be supervised. This patio area is gated.
