I would not stay at this property again, the location was not ideal, it was awkward trying to get in & out of the drive due to the dual carriage way. On arrival at the cottage after a long drive I went to use the toilet & couldn’t as there was no toilet roll, no bin bags for the bin, a tiny bit of soap left. I didn’t expect to have to go shopping as soon as I got there. No welcome pack of milk or tea & coffee (this is always a nice added touch) There was a bee’s nest in the eves right by the bedroom window in the back & front so we couldn’t have the windows open a major problem as it was so hot! Each night on returning back to the cottage there were ‘unsavoury’ characters parked in the lay by on the run up to the cottage. All in all it was disappointing. In future we will stick to booking through smaller companies who pay attention to detail.
