There is a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room featuring a Rayburn range, a sitting room housing a gas stove. Outside, there is a shared courtyard with a patio and parking in a local car park, for which the owner will provide a permit. Wharton Cottage is the perfect base for friends and families uncovering the delights of the Lake District, at any time of year! Amenities: Gas central heating with gas stove and Rayburn stove. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, phone (incoming calls only). Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Parking permit for 1 car in car park 3 mins walk. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 min walk.
