There's also a ground floor family bathroom and an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars plus lockable bike storage, a shared garden and a walled paddock area beyond. With wonderful walking and cycling routes from the door leading to the beautiful Lune Estuary, and the historic city of Lancaster just a few miles away, this is a great holiday home for friends and families to enjoy. Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine in external utility, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi.
