Perfect location, comfy and tidy
We loved our weeklong stay at MacKenzie's Peak in the Isle of Skye. It was a central home base for our various trips all over the isle, had convenient access to Portree to pick up groceries, had a couple great hiking trail heads close by, and amazing views right out the windows. The interior was clean, comfy, and cute and had all the amenities and details that a family needs.

Beautiful!
The house was very well equipped and spacious. Every window has a beautiful view. Owners were so pleasant. Isle of Skye is one of the most magical places we have visited. Seamus Bar is great, a 5 minute drive. Portree has many great eateries and offers a lot of vegetarian options throughout all of Scotland.
