Outside there is off road parking for one car and a shared lawned garden, which is accessed across the road and guests can also use the watercraft launch in the garden. With so many things to see and do in the area, 10 Croft Courtyard is an ideal romantic retreat. Amenities: Electric central heating with woodburning stove. Dishwasher. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, Smart TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Fuel for stove to be purchased locally. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared lawned garden with furniture located across main road. Watercraft launch in garden. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: There are 2 steps to the shower room. Note: Cottage is located near a well used road so care should be taken and some road noise may be heard in garden. Note: The access to the river is through a small wicket gate and the garden is approached via 20 steps. Note: No children.
