Perfect retreat with everything you need
The cottage is located just off a country lane and is very quiet and peaceful. It is kept warm with radiators and underfloor heating as well as a nice log fire when required. Overall impression was that it is well kept and very clean, however there are some areas where improvement is needed. Some of the windows and doors are stiff to open/close and the wood-burning stove needs a good service to reduce the amount of smoke coming into the room.
The area is absolutely lovely with many small villages and towns worth visiting and it is only 1 hour from the charming coastal resorts of Gt Yarmouth and Southwold.
We stayed 7 nights with our dog and felt is was great value and we all had a nice break.
