With one double bedroom, with an en-suite shower room, it is ideal for a couple. There is also a sitting room with dining area and a warming electric fire and a fitted kitchen at the property. Outside there is a private garden and off road parking for one car. Old Ford Farm Annexe is an ideal romantic getaway.

It lies in the valley of the River Otter and is surrounded by rolling Devon hills, green wooded valleys and plenty of scattered farming villages. Honiton has an attractive High Street stretching almost 2 miles, and lined with individually owned shops, pubs and restaurants. Honiton has been famous for lacemaking since the reign of Elizabeth I and still has a few lacemakers in work today - visitors can see some fine examples of antique lace in the town’s Allhallows Museum.
