The Chalet is a detached cottage within the boundaries of the Avon Heath Country Park near Ringwood in Dorset. This cosy property has three bedrooms – a ground floor twin, a king-size double and a further twin. There is a family bathroom with a bath, shower attachment, basin and WC. Downstairs is a fitted kitchen and a sitting room with woodburner and dining area. Outside is off road parking for three cars, and an enclosed lawned garden with furniture. With the walking and cycle trails of the park on the doorstep, as well as the visitor centre and children's play area, The Chalet makes a lovely base for a family get-away. Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburner in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD player, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and fuel for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (ground floor only). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Cottage is accessed via a half-mile gravelled track. Note: A338 is about 300-yards through the trees.
