The property also offers excellent views across one of the three peaks, Pen-y-Ghent. Note: The lane, which is below the level of the house, is a natural drainage outlet during heavy rain and occasionally fills during stormy weather. Note: Access road to the property is bumpy and uneven, please take care. Note: Access road may not be suitable for very low slung vehicles such as sports cars.
