The height of luxury

What a wonderful villa. Superb views. Tastefully furnished, very comfortable, well equipped. Good wifi. Great barbecue area . The pictures are exactly what you will get.

Spent 2 weeks here at the end of March. The villa had everything for a great stay. Great to place to chill out.

A short drive to the beautiful villages of Torrox Pueblo and Competa and the mountains, Torrox Costa - Monday Market , promenade , beaches and restaurants, the town of Nerja and the Hypermarket and commercial centre at Velez Malaga. Owner very helpful and easy to communicate with and really nice neighbours. We will return.

Wonderful time in Spain

Julien and Jos were wonderful hosts. The property was exactly as described and was very clean on arrival. The pre-arrival instructions were detailed, precise and helpful. We had one minor request when we were there and the response time was incredible, we could not believe it- thanks so much! One word- the location is not walking distance to anywhere, and the road to the villa is steep and unpaved, so we did not want to return in the dark. That was no problem for us as we were not there for the night life- it just means that the location is appropriate for couples or small families who want to enjoy the area, do beaches, day trips to sights and have a nice base to return to in the evening. We found the property well located for that. We would return again.

Excellent property...!!!

This property has all you might need for a great break in the sun. The owners have set this villa up for their own enjoyment and you get to enjoy it. My wife and I had a very enjoyable and relaxing week. It you stay here then do make use of the bread/pizza oven as we did. The kitchen has all you might need and more. We will return at the first opportunity.

This property is top quality in a rural setting up a mountainside, with wonderful views

My husband and I chose this villa as a base to explore the Costa del Sol. We were so pleased with the facilities the villa provided, making it a real 'home from home'. It is really spacious and clean, with top quality furnishings and fittings. We enjoyed sitting out on the terraces with a drink and looking out at the breath-taking views down between the mountains, at Torrox Costa and the sea.

The unmade road was a challenge to find and negotiate for 1.5kms, through 3 small fords and single hairpin drive up to the villa. Luckily, we arrived in daylight and quickly got used to it, so just enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area.

The booking process was easy and communication great, so would highly recommend this villa.

Comfortable home, stunning views

Very comfortable 2 bed villa in great location. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, plenty of indoor and outdoor living space. Stunning views of the sea and the mountains. We stayed in January so didn't use the pool, but seems would be a great spot to hang out in summer and enjoy the views. Very close to white village of Torrox (about a 5 minute drive) with bars and restaurants; less than 10 minutes drive to A7 (main East-West motorway in Andalusia), and only a few minutes further to Torrox Costa, with beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. 15 minutes to Nerja, 35 minutes to Malaga, 45 minutes to airport.

Only negative is the road access to villa, which other reviewers have mentioned. There's an approx 1.5km dirt track, followed by steep concreted section. It's very manageable in a standard rental car and you get used to it after the first couple of goes - but I would recommend arriving for the first time during daylight hours!
