We loved it!!

The apartment was clean and comfortable. We had a good time, felt very safe. The transportation was as described close to trains and buses. The views are beautiful!! We have an excellent stay !! WiFi worked really well!! I recommend this place. The complex is quiet, with the exception of one day on a Friday night, sound it like a neighbor had music playing super loud until 3 am. This might’ve been an exception.

Having stayed numerous times, the team behind the scenes can't do enough for you. They try and adhere to all requirements requested and as are extremely flexible.

Thought out our stays the apartments have been brilliant.

The effects taken to ensure the accommodation is 100% satisfactory is extremely appreciated. I can't thank Jason and his team enough for all their help.

Good experience overall.

We ended up booking this place after another host cancelled our stay 2 month prior, but we wasn't disappointed by the change as we very much enjoyed our stay here, it was a really nice experience from the location of the apartment to the complimentary snacks, the instructions and direction where very easy to follow to the apartment (we came through London's kings cross and it was fairly straight forward to the local tube station), the only thing I could say is it took us a while to figure out some of the amenities as they where different from what we have back home and some instructions could help guests that may also have the same problem (although the host was very quick to respond to my queries which was great). We would definitely stay again if we come back to this area of London.

Quite decent apartment in eastern suburb of London

The apartment is decent from inside and has a nice view of Thames river from the balcony. I had nice interaction with the owner Christiann as well. The apartment is about an hour plus by public transport to central London, door to door, including waiting and walking. The apartment does not have air conditioning. However, if you keep the balcony door open you get a nice breeze. We stayed in the last week of May so it was okay as far as temperatures are concerned.

We did not find any toilet paper when we arrived at the apartment. Fortunamtely, we had arrived before 10 pm, the time when the maintenance staff leaves, else it would have been a big problem. We also found that the door to the balcony did not close. I felt insecure as neighbouring apartment to the left has low wall that can be jumped to enter the balcony. When we pointed this out to the management company, we were told that keys were needed to close the door and these keys were provided only upon request. We were able to close the door but still unable to lock the door even after getting the keys. This security issue needs to be fixed. The showerhead in the bathroom was not fixed until day 3 of our four day stay. I also found dirty stain on the bed cover in one of the beds

Overall, I think the issues I mentioned are easily fixable provided the management pays close attention to get the apartment ready for the guests. The owner seems like a nice person who is interested in taking care of her guests but it looks like there is a miscommunication between her and the company that manages the apartment. The apartment certainly has a potential for much better experience than we had.

River Views and Spacious Comfort

The river views, large windows and balcony highligjts of this flat.

Daily viewing of the sunrise /sunset over the River Thames was an added bonus. Our hosts were friendly and extremely accommodating.

We loved the restaurant (Dial Arch) serving traditional British fare was between the tube and the flat.

Great Flat with amazing views of the Thames and London skyline

We had a great stay in Christianna's flat. We were welcomed with a clean apartment and a few treats to get us started. It was exactly as described on HomeAway. The view from our balcony was very welcoming as it overlooks the Thames. It is a quiet neighborhood. I was a bit worried that we were so close to the airport but we only heard a few planes overhead during our week stay. The apartment had everything we needed and there was a Tesco's express really close so we could pick up some additional food. The trip into London was a bit long some days but that is mostly because we have 3 boys with us who tire quickly. There is a bus stop about 5 minutes walk that will take you to the Woolwich-Arsenal train station or you can just take a 15 minute walk directly to the station along the Thames. From there you can get anywhere in London. Christianna always responds very quickly to any requests which is helpful.Thanks for a great stay!
