It has a large light, well-equipped kitchen with a range cooker, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and wine cooler. Bi-fold doors open onto a private and enclosed spacious courtyard where you can enjoy alfresco dining.
From the kitchen there is access to the dining room where there is a very large dining table where friends & family can dine together and enjoy quality time. There is a sofa in this room which also has a TV on the wall, along with a games console, so that the children can gather.
The cosy sitting room has comfortable seating and a lovely log burner creating a lovely atmosphere for those evenings which are not quite so warm and a large TV for family entertainment. There is downstairs utility room, making it easy for the family to leave walking clothes and boots. There is also a toilet and shower room located downstairs.
A beautiful sweeping staircase rising from the entrance hall takes you to the first floor accommodation.
Single Bedroom. This room doubles as a study if needed, and has a pull down single bed. The stylish & modern bed arrangement makes great use of the space in this room.
Master bedroom has a very spacious and light feel to it and is dual aspect. It is un-cluttered and relaxing and has a king sized bed with modern en-suite shower and toilet.
On this same floor is another large bedroom with king sized bed.
The modern and contemporary family bathroom on this floor has a shower, bath and is also very spacious.
Another flight of steps takes you into the eaves of the house with 2 bedrooms & a toilet and wash hand basin.

Surfboards, bikes & Kayaks etc can be stored safely within the courtyard itself as the side gate to the property has a coded security lock. Outside you will also find table and chairs for outside dining as well as a coal BBQ.
There is an outside shower in the rear courtyard for washing off the sand before entering the house and for hanging wetsuits. To the front of the cottage there is a further small courtyard which is a very pleasant place to sit and enjoy the evening sun and to watch Croyde life. This is enclosed with a wooden gate to the front.
This property only has parking for one vehicle. As the property sleeps up to 10 guests, you may want to make use of the local village car park. This car park is just 150 metres from the property.
