There are adjacent front doors (if required) on a private landing but also internal (lockable) connecting doors. There is a 24 hour security service, underground parking, and lifts to the apartment(s). The beach and all amenities are close by and this community is rightly considered to be the 'jewel in the crown' of the Costa Blanca. The apartment(s) have full air conditioning and heating, and balconies with dining facilities.

There are two adjacent and interconnecting Apartments (9/2A and 9/2B) which can both be rented (separately) providing accommodation as follows.

Apartment 9/2A has a romantic feel with privacy for 2 if used on it's own, or could additionally take a cot if required.

Apartment 9/2B is a 1 bedroom apartment with a large lounge and screened off area with convertible bed settee providing sleeping for up to 4 people.

If Apartment 9/2A (3674102) is rented with Apartment 9/2B (Ref 3665623) this provides much more spacious and flexible accommodation for 6 people.

This property (apt 2A /2B) provides a wonderful opportunity for a family/group of between 2/6 people to enjoy all the facilities of the resort in either a one, or a three bedroom apartment, making it a very unique holiday option (with 2 price options).

Two adjacent apartments share a single private landing and lift access direct to the garage where private parking places are allocated. The combined unit might suit a three generation family where two can enjoy a little privacy if required.

Each property is a generous 70sqm (750 sqft) with an additional 15sqm (150 sqft) terrace /balcony (approx.) and fully furnished and equipped, including:-

The Presidential Suite at Apartment 2A has a double bed, a separate bathroom and toilet together with an open kitchen. The combined accommodation would be suitable for 6. Baby cot can be provided.

Immaculately clean, well-appointed apartment. Great patio area and views over the pool and garden

We were in Spain for a short stay . Apartment is very secure and restaurants and shops within a short walk.

Directions and instructions for apartment were good and Lyubka was on hand to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

Все понравилось. Панорама парк выше всяких похвал - удобно, чисто, комфортно. Апартаменты уютные, все необходимое есть, солнце на балконе только с утра, что очень важно в жаркое лето. Два пляжа совсем недалеко. Отдельная благодарность Питеру за предоставленную карту, описание маршрута из аэропорта, а также участие в решении всех возникших вопросов.

Great place!

Beginning with the first contat with Mr Peter Rix, answering questions very promptly and being very kind and serviceminded and all through our stay we were very happy with our stay at this place. Very nice and clean app, and beautifull property garden, nice pools and close to a big supermarket and nice little beach. The kids already want to go back! Thank you very much for the stay :)

Beautiful complex

We loved the apartment and complex. It was very quite and peaceful. Could not find a fault with anything. Looking around the area we would say this was the best complex by far. Very clean with beautiful gardens and swimming pools which are kept to a very high standard. There is everything you need in this luxury apartment.
