Beautiful, newly refurbished 1 bedroom apartment located in the heart of Puerto Rico within easy walking distance of beaches, restaurants, bars and shops.

We are Located on a small, well maintained private complex with secure gated gardens & a lovely pool area, the apartment has a well equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar & bright living room with good quality, double sofa bed, Tv, dvd, and bedroom with adaptable double bed/ 2 single beds.

The apartment also benefits from a truly outstanding, enormous private balcony with luxury sun loungers, table, chairs and retractable sun canopy. This property offers an ideal base for couples or small families seeking a home from home in the sun, in a convenient location for exploring the many local attractions.

The balcony is continually bathed in sunshine from mid/late morning until the sun disappears behind the opposite hillside just before sunset (exact times vary depending on time of year).

The apartment is in a great central location in the south of the island. There are many attractions close by including spectacular beaches such as Amadores and Anfi del Mar, visit the Friday market at 'little Venice' or Puerto Mogan, take a trip to Arguinegan a 10 minute ride away or Tauro close by and glimpse a sneak view at authentic Canarian life. Farmers market on a Sunday, Palmitos Park or Sioux City is a must for children. For golf enthusiasts there is Anfi 18 hole championship golf course a 5 minute drive south or a second golf course equally close by. Take a camel ride through the vast wilderness that is Maspalomas sand dunes, or drive up into the mountains for fresh water fishing in the lake past Soria. Cycling, scuba diving, deep sea fishing or Marlin fishing all available within minutes of our home in the sunshine.

Nightlife is only minutes away with bars, restaurants or nightclubs to dance the nights away too.

The apartment has good quality Unlimited WIFI for guests to use as they wish.

Transfers can be arranged through our friends for roughly 50 euros each way from the airport to our apartment, alternatively we have a parking space directly outside which you are welcome to use (please enquire about the key for parking).

About Margaret Oliver

My late husband and I bought the apartment shortly before he was diagnosed with terminal cancer. It had been a life long dream of ours to retire to Puerto Rico, but sadly he never reached that point in his life.

My four children and I havent used the apartment for some time, but time has passed and we decided to totally refurbish it last year and have just recently started to rent it out.

We love our time spent here, and we truly hope guests will enjoy our second home as much as we do. Xxx

Fabulous apartment with amazing views of Puerto Rico

As soon as I arrived at the apartment I felt at home. The welcome pack was a lovely gesture from the owner. Something you wouldn't get in a hotel.

The furnishings are tastefully done, modern but homely.

I walked onto the balcony and was impressed not only by the size but also the amazing views.Also that the sun was still on there at 7pm.

The apartment is ideally located for Puerto Rico town but also within walking distance of the beach.

Overall I had an amazing holiday and I have already rebooked.

Comfortable, clean and close to everything you need for a holiday

Apart from 6 days of rain which no one could control we had a lovely time. The apartment was clean and had everything you need. Beautiful views from the balcony which was also a great sun trap when we did have the good weather. Situated in a great spot for everything you need ... restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and of course the beach. Taxis are in abundant and very cheap. Would certai my return without hesitation.

Spring in deep winter on a nice balcony.

The weather was fine, the apartment was very ok, the balcony was very nice.

We had a nice holiday week.

It was a little bit too loud in the night.

And too much sun beds per square meter on the beach.

First class apartment, beautifully furnished. Large, sun soaked terrace was just perfect!

We loved everything about this apartment. Great location for easy access to the centre with large number of restaurants, bars and shops.

Tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay, including an amazing Hollywood style mirror in the bedroom with great lighting, something often missing in badly lit holiday rentals!

The piece de resistance though was undoubtedly the enormous, private, sun trap balcony with plush sun loungers and matcha by table and chairs for al fresco dining. We spent many hours relaxing there and it was sometimes difficult to tear ourselves away!!!

Unlimited free WiFi also meant we could watch all our Favourite UK tv channels if we chose to stay home and relax rather than dine out!

We also explored rural and traditional Canarian countryside and mountains, which was spectacular!!

Driving to Puerto de Mogan and also Agaete, San Nicolas, Firgas, Teror to name but a few. Mountains, valleys, lakes, culture and history..... Gran Canaria really does offer more than just a sunshine break!

Will definitely be going back again, and we were really impressed with the prompt and helpful communication with the owners from start to finish. The welcome note and bottle of wine a nice personal touch!

Fantastic balcony

The apartment was an adequate size for 2 adults but the balcony was the highlight for us, large, sunny with great views over Puerto Rico. There are 140 steps down to the main resort so I wouldn't recommend staying here for people with mobility issues. It can be noisy at night until the early hours due to nearby entertainment but you do get used to it.

Amazing apartment and fabulous balcony with stunning views over puerto rico

The apartment was very homely and tastefully decorated and it was a nice touch to be left a bottle of wine on arrival.

The balcony and sunbeds were brilliant we spent most of our time out there sunbathing from mid day till 6pm no need to go down to the pool although we did on a couple of occasions and we found we had the pool too ourselves.

Ideally located for all the bars and restaurants although there are a lot of steps but we knew this anyway.

The bed was very very comfortable, plenty of towels and wardrobe space could have done with a spare set of bedding even though we did use the washer provided to wash the bedding.

Had a small problem with the internet but was soon sorted out very quickly by maggie and matt.

Just a suggestion because we bought our own too maybe provide some cleaning products to clean and take care of the apartment during your customers stay.

We had a really fab holiday and wouldn't hesitate to book again.
