Beautiful Pimlico flat: three bedroom and two bathroom apartment on two levels

A newly refurbished split level apartment in a quiet street very near Victoria Station and all the local attractions. Perfect for travellers who wants to be in central London and close to the West End.The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and an extra WC. Spacious, approx 100 sq , it is comfortably furnished with sofas, a dining table and all modern conveniences. DIshwasher, washing machine and dryer. This apartment is for 6 people but we can fit 7 [we provide a comfortable fold away single bed] but there is a supplement to pay.

Ideal for guests who want a quiet place to stay. Not a party venue! Situated on the two top floors of a four storey building with no lift or elevator. Easy to access and safe and secure.

Smart TV, 24 hour wifi and central heating. Fully equipped for guests who wish to cook or perfectly placed for local restaurants and bars.

Bathrooms and furniture are all newly refurbished. Most of the furniture is brand new too.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed with ensuite bathroom with shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 2 has a double bed. Bedroom 3 has two single beds. A seventh fold up couch is available for a small surcharge. There is a second bathroom which has a shower and bath, basin and WC. There is even a separate toilet with basin on the floor below,

The kitchen has a dishwasher, toaster, microwave and electric kettle. Fully equipped with glasses, plates and all essential pots and pans.

The sitting room has a Smart TV 42" which is brand new. Two new sofas to seat at least 7 people.

The dining room has a lovely round table with seating and a sliding hatch to access food from the kitchen.

The washing machine and dryer is positioned in a dedicated cupboard. Ironing board and iron is provided.

There are supermarkets within 400m open every day from 0600 to 2300. Small convenience stores within 100m. A whole range of restaurants within 500m to satisfy anyone.

Spacious, comfortable flat with character in wonderful location

This is a simply lovely flat in a surprisingly quiet location - yet it is so central, near the underground and tourist attractions. It was the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring London. After reading the comments about the stairs, I expected it to be rather like climbing to the Gods in the theatre but it wasn't bad at all. Some of the furnishings were a bit dated but in the main they were fine. One of the nicest holiday flats we have ever stayed in and if we plan another trip to London, we will certainly do our best to book it again.

Great Location, but needs a bit of TLC

Home owner was great. He was attentive and responsive to our needs.

The property was in a perfect location - a very short walk to the Victoria Station. That couldn't be improved upon.

This property has potential, but needs a bit of maintenance. We understand that due to the age, the floors are going to be off-square and there will be squeaks and oddities, but there are some repairs that should be made. Beds were comfortable and overall the unit was spacious.

The unit is from the 3rd - 5th floor without an elevator. If you can handle stairs, it means a better view.

Overall, if location is important and you don't mind some quirks, this unit is a good option.

This apartment is in an amazing location--walking distance to many attractions and so close to Victoria. It is clean and has plenty of space. There are three bedrooms,an extra cot and a crib upon request. It could use an update but the location makes up for that.

The property location was great and had easy access to Victoria station and the sights.

The apartment was a good set up for a family of 6 and had ample living space. We did find that several lights were out in the master bathroom and hot water seemed limited after multiple showers.

Very centrally located in London and ideal as a place to visit any part of the city. 3 minutes walk to Victoria Station one of London's main transport hubs which has metro, mainline train, coaches and buses throughout UK and London.

12 minute walk from Buckingham Palace and either a short bus ride or 20 minutes walk to Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament.

15 minutes by bus or 10 minutes by metro to PIccadilly Circus and the West End.
