This is a prestigious and sought after development where you can simply step out of the garden directly on to the sandy beach and into the soothing waters of the Mediterranean sea.

Located in a wonderfully unique, natural setting, enjoying an exceptional climate, this apartment offers every possible comfort for your stay. We offer the highest quality in a peaceful development, within private tropical gardens, yet only a few minutes walk from the opulent social life of Marina PUERTO BANUS in Marbella.

Our tropical gardens have 2 swimming pools. This very safe and secure development is located directly on the beach with a security gate opening onto the Blue Flag sandy beach, into the inviting Mediterranean sea and the lavish Ocean Club with its fabulous huge seawater swimming pool. Also this security gate leads into the famous PUERTO BANUS MARINA which is a two minute walk either along the sandy beach or by using the board-walk.

The gardens and apartment are wheelchair and push-chair friendly. The board-walk is accessible from our garden gate which makes the beach and Marina PUERTO BANUS so easy to navigate.

We have a 24 hours key collection service facilitating your arrival and departure times making them totally flexible and at your convenience. In the adjacent building you will find the most luxurious exclusive health and beauty SPA with its own indoor heated swimming pool, well equipped gym, exercise classes, sauna, steam room and Turkish hammam as well as conventional massage treatments. (Reasonable entrance fee payable directly to the club).

In the same adjacent building where you collect the keys, there are 24/7 supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and cafes.

Puerto Banus is the most loved resort in Spain enjoying a sunny micro climate protected by the magnificent Sierra Blanca Mountain range. Apart from the world famous marina, displaying multi-million pound yachts, it has wonderful sandy beaches, restaurants, beauty salons, cinemas, art galleries, designer boutiques, department stores, post office, bakery, English & other nationality newspaper shop, pharmacy, medical services, alfresco cafes, plenty of night-life, bars, banks, casino, bridge clubs, cinema, all water sports, bowling alley, horseback riding, bowling green, tennis and golf clubs, play grounds, water parks, crocodile farm, dolphin excursions, tours to the mountain villages, Gibraltar and across the waters into Morocco.

Car is not necessary: You definitely do not need a car when holidaying in one of our apartments as everything you need is immediately accessible or just a few minutes' walk. However, we do include a designated car space inside the building accessible by elevator from the apartment, should you require it and at no extra charge.

Malaga or Gibraltar airports are 35 minutes drive. Information on airport collection and car hire is available.

The lounge balcony has stunning views of the manicured gardens, swimming pools plus a SEA VIEW. This apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps 4 people.

Dine alfresco for breakfast, lunch or dinner as the main lounge balcony has a smart rattan dining table with views of the swimming pools, the park like tropical gardens and sea view. The spacious lounge and dining areas are luxuriously appointed with high quality furnishings, dining suite , flat screen Satellite TV with UK and other European Channels plus DVD player.

Generously sized master bedroom, tastefully decorated with high quality furnishings, a luxury quality super king size bed plus fitted wardrobes and massage chair.

The en-suite bathroom is all marble, walk-in shower, WC, bidet, twin vanity unit. On this second balcony directly off the master bedroom is ideal for breakfast or to enjoy a cocktail or two whilst you watch the sun go down.

Contemporary guest bedroom with twin beds and fitted wardrobes, its' own balcony where you can enjoy the wonderful mountain views. Guest bathroom is all marble, with full bath tub/shower, bidet, WC and vanity unit.

The modern kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric hob and oven, washing machine and separate clothes dryer, electric kettle, coffee maker. All cutlery, crockery, utensils etc are provided. There is a convenient serving hatch from the kitchen to the dining area. Steam iron & ironing board plus two hair-dryers are provided.

This market is the largest open market on the Costa Del Sol.

Andalucia Region:There are eight Andalusian provinces, a journey around the lands of Almería, Cadiz, Cordoba, Granada, Malaga, Huelva, Jaén and Seville. Each so close, and yet each so different...Hidden throughout the length and breadth of the rich geography of Andalusia’s eight provinces are lovely cities which deserve a privileged position for their beauty, their priceless architectural heritage, or simply for their traditions.

About The Owner/Property Manager

My husband and I own and manage our holiday rental properties in the UK and Spain. We are Irish Nationals living in Spain for the last 30 years.

We love being in Puerto Banus as it offers one of the best climates in the world beside everything else that we could wish for.

The walk along the beach to the Marina which is home for some of the most luxurious yachts, boutiques and restaurants is pleasurable past time.

We often stop for a bite or a drink in the Port.

The Spanish people are very welcoming, warm and friendly.

A special day for us is to visit Malaga and enjoy meandering through the busy streets and to visit some museums.

We are members of the on-site SPA which we use daily.

Over 50% of our reservations are returning international guests with whom we have forged many wonderful friendships over the years.

The three balconies with sun all day and sea view was a great pull when we chose this property.

We love the location being so close to the beach, Marina Puerto Banus and to all amenities.

The 30 minute drive from either Gibraltar or Malaga airports is another plus.

Our apartment in this exclusive beach front part of Puerto Banus is a wonderful location to spend a quiet or an active holiday by day or by night. All is available within a short walking distance. You can be having a drink by the beach or dining in international restaurants in the mountains within a 20 minute drive.

Banks and ATM's are within a 5 minute walk from the apartment.

Whether you are up for beach, shopping, street markets, nightlife, golf or Spanish wine on the balcony, when staying at this apartment in Puerto Banus you can have it all! Just one step from the beach and the Marina a 5 minutes' walk, you can find fabulous shopping opportunities at world renowned designer boutiques, stylish restaurants, trendy beach clubs, bars, night clubs and yet, we could recharge our batteries having a nice sleep behind the blinds in a quiet, cool and relaxing apartment. Dealing with the hosts was smooth and hassle free and took just 3 emails. Their 4th email was to return our breakages deposit back on the morning we left! Details and photos of the apartment and complex were exactly as promised with no surprises. Another plus is that you really do not need to have a car. A great holiday experience and would definitely recommend this apartment!!

We had a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Angela and Nial's property. It was clean, newly renovated, and equipped with all the necessities. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Angela and Nial were also very responsive and professional. We would certainly go there again!

Andalusia Del Mar

Excellent location either access beach and walk to Puerto Banus through lovely gardens and secure gate (i recommend you walk beach side through Banus all the way to old town in Marbella for breakfast or lunch at Cafe Canassa (great walk,cycle or jog) or walk in the other direction down Avenue playas del duque. Either way it is about the same distance but the latter is better for the department stores/shopping.

Car not required because it s only minutes walk.

Apartment was clean with very comfortable beds . I have stayed in varios apartments belonging to Angela and Nael and they have bee doing this for a long time so book early.

Most important your payment is secure ( they are professional and honest).

Just Right

The apartment was just perfect. Clean and Bright and you can see the sea from the balcony and just a short walk. The apartment has everything you need, well appointed kitchen. The owner answered all our questions and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met.

Amazing Place to stay

High quality beachside apartment

As with all their properties the apartment did not disapoint us. Always maintained to a very high standard the slightest of problems are dealt with promptly. Viewing from the balconies the immaculately maintained gardens are a joy .An easy few minutes walk into the port offers many good restaurants overlooking luxery yachts . We plan to return soon and recommend this property unreservedly.

Lovely apartment, fabulous location.

On arrival at the apartment we were delighted to find it was cool, spacious and very well equipped. In a block which is situated at the far end of the complex, the location was very peaceful. There was a superb view from the balcony, looking straight down the gardens to the sea. A most enjoyable holiday.
