Quiet cozy place in a great location

  • 5 of 5

We were warmly welcomed by Paul and his lovely wife and given helpful advices on the city and area. The apartment was great and suited us perfectly, very clean and with well equipped kitchen. The location is good and there was no need to use public transportation as all the major Dublin attraction were accessible by foot. Highly recommended.

Clean, comfortable and close to all attractions

  • 5 of 5

These accommodations were completely as presented here. The hosts were fabulous! There were 5 of us in our party and we took a cab from the airport. Paul met us there @9 a.m. as we had an early arrival. He showed us around the apartment and also gave us a tour of the surrounding neighborhood. He provided a loaf of bread, butter and jam as well as coffee, milk and oj which was wonderful to have in the morning.

We stayed for 2 nights. Upon our departure from Dublin, we had to pick up our rental car. I was very nervous about driving on the opposite side of the road. Paul gave me a ride to the rental agency and waited for me so that I could follow him back to the apartement where I could pick up the rest of my party. He gave me great directions to the highway where we then traveled to Cork, Killarney, Kilfnora, Galway and Westport!

It was a wonderful visit and would highly recommend these accommodations while in Dublin.

Wonderful location amazing price

  • 5 of 5

We stayed here 3 nights the beginning of July. The location was perfect. Just oustside the city center, so it was nice and quiet at night, but not too far away. We walked pretty much everywhere. The Cobblestone pub just below has traditional Irish music every night. It is literally steps from the door to the building. Cafe Oasis down the street was our favorite meal and there are plenty of grocery stores nearby. When we arrived Paul and Cynthia were there to greet us and help us into the underground parking. They were very friendly and left us with milk, bread, butter and jam. Enough to get us started. The beds were very comfortable. We were there with our 3 kids, 2 are tall teenagers and no one complained about their beds. If we ever make it back to Dublin we would stay there again no question.

Cute flat in convenient location!

  • 5 of 5

We had a two night stopover in Dublin and Paul & Cynthia’s flat was perfect for our family of four. Paul & Cynthia greeted us when we arrived & were very kind & helpful with suggestions. From the flat we walked to Trinity College, Grafton Street, The National Gallery, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, and Christ Church. Our feet were a little sore, but it was doable!

Very nice

  • 5 of 5

Very nice for our short stay in Dublin. Good location. Could walk to central sights. Paul was very thorough in showing us how everything worked in the apartment and the neighborhood. The beds were comfortable (firm) and the apartment was clean and suitable for our group of 5.

Fantastic

  • 5 of 5

What a lovely stay! The apartment is in a great area - easy to get to the sites in Dublin while still being in a quiet area with no night time noise. There is a great little pub just around the corner with live music. Many restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance and of course the Jameson distillery. Best part is the owners - you could not ask for nicer hosts who are a wealth of information and just enjoyable to talk to. Would not hesitate to stay here again!
