Casa Nikita is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom private villa. The villa has recently undergone refurbishment and benefits from new modern bathrooms. The villa is located in a quiet urbanisation of La Cala, in the Cap de Nao area which is approximately 6 minute drive from the Arenal, the main beach area of Javea, where there is a large sandy beach and an abundance of bars and restaurants. The villa itself is all on one level with an open plan living dinning and kitchen area, the lounge leads directly out to the pool terrace area where there is a naya for those wanting a bit of shade and for outside dining. The villa has a number of steps from the driveway, but can also be accessed via the back where there is only 3 or 4 steps to access the villa. The master bedroom is very large and has doors opening directly on to the pool terrace. This bedroom benefits from a newly modernised large ensuite bathroom with separate shower and bath. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third 2 single beds, all bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space and bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom with shower cubicle. For guests use there is also an outside BBQ area. There are a few local bars/restaurants within a short walk from Casa Nikita.

The villa was probably even better then the photos suggested both inside and out. Perfect
The villa is lived in by the owners Sue and John- reflected by the high standards of the interior - and they were nearby on hand to help with our arrival and any queries during our stay. They even provided a personal taxi drop off for us one evening, and booked a commercial firm for us on another day. For a quiet week in the sun it was perfect - well equipped with beautiful and substantial pool. The bedrooms were above average in our experience with a large and impressive en suite to the main room. A car is needed to travel around as the villa is in a residential development about 3 miles from Javea/Arenal - a little further to the old town. The local restaurants were in our view as good if not better than in the main resort but obviously quieter. The development is well landscaped and attractive. Walking the headland from the villa is easy and impressive. We spent much time around the pool but also tried sea kayaking locally and Segways in Denia. To be very picky we would have liked more basics such as washing machine/dishwasher tablets /bin liners (always a grr to fund for a short week)- but this was raised and Sue said would be attended to.
The villa was as described and better, very clean throughout and we would recommend the property to any small to medium sized party/family.
Overall this was a beautiful villa in a lovely quiet and attractive development - with attentive owners nearby. We had a great week!
A Little Gem
We have been holidaying in Javea for many years in various villas, but Casa Nikita is a real gem, wished we had found it before. It is beautifully furnished, very clean a real home from home, especially as it is the owners main home for most of the year, it has all the personal touches. The villa is extremely quiet with a wonderful pool terrace and outside dining, just wished we had found it sooner. In our opinion is perfectly located, close enough to the main area of Javea, but benefits from peace and quiet when you need it. Can't recommend highly enough.
Lovely Villa - highly recommended
We stayed at Casa Nikita for 2 weeks last summer. We are a family of 5 with teenage boys and we all had a wonderful time. The pool and terrace is just perfect and gets the sun all day long. The villa is extremly well equipped, very private and a great location - not too near or too far from the Arenal, a very peaceful location, but with easy access to all the lovely bars and restaurants at the Arenal. Sue and John were great throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble, we cannot recommend Casa Nikita highly enough and looking to return again in the very near future! Thanks Sue and John for letting us stay in your lovely home.
Thank you for your lovely review, glad you enjoyed your stay and we look forward to welcoming you again this summer!
The charming town of Javea lies between the Capes of San Antonio and La Nao, on the northern section of the Costa Blance. A bonus is Javea’s climate which the World Health Organization once described as near perfect with its mild/warm year-round temperatures. Javea is split into 3 portions; Javea old town, Javea Port and the beach area (Arenal). The medieval old town has not changed much over the years; it is a maze of narrow winding streets, white fronted homes adorned with wrought iron balconies and Gothic style windows. The Old Town leads down to the fishing port and harbor; home to an array of restaurants and bars, many serving the catch of the day. If you enjoy Indian food a must is the Gurka Palace located just off the Port area – the best we have ever tasted! Nearby, still in Javea, there are lovely small unspoilt coves and beaches such as La Granadella and also Portichol with its very pretty island and bay.
The Costa Blanca is situated in the South Eastern region of Spain within the beautiful province of Alicante. The area has been specifically developed to compliment Spain's booming tourism industry and has proven to be a popular destination for many European nations, especially for the UK, Spain and Germany - making it a very cosmopolitan area. The Costa Blanca includes some of Spain's most popular holiday destinations, one of which is Javea. Add to this the cities of Alicante and Valencia (Spain's 3rd largest and most important city behind Barcelona and Madrid). The area has plenty to offer including a broad range of beautiful landscapes, stunning beaches and a multitude of attractions. Whether you are interested in the history of the area or would like to study some of the superb Spanish architecture or just want a relaxing holiday in the sun, the Costa Blanca has it all. The Costa Blanca ('White Coast' in English) lies on the eastern coast of Spain on the Mediterranean sea. It stretches from Denia in the north of the region to Torrevieja in the south. There is a vast array of different landscapes from the mountains and valleys to the long sandy beaches, and the small rocky coves. Approx 40 minutes from Javea in Benidorm (which is very different to Javea) there is Terra Mitica (theme park), Aqualandia (water park) and Mundomar (sea life centre).
Javea is situated in the North East regions of Spain’s province of Alicante. This beautiful town overlooks the Mediterranean Sea and has a stunning backdrop created by the Montgó Massif. The area has an excellent road network which provides you with great access to many other stunning parts of Spain and is only an hour’s drive from the airport. This is in fact one of the reasons many of Javea’s villas have British, German and Dutch owners. Javea is split into 3 different areas; the old town, the port and the beach - each has its own charm, and defiantly worth a visit at least once during your stay. On Thursdays the old town hosts the local market, another must do, if not only for the experience. The World Heath Organisation named Javea as having one of the most healthy micro climates in the world - average maximum temperatures in January are 16 °C, rising to 32 °C in August.
