Just a short drive from Nerja, this spectacular villa is the perfect location for that relaxing holiday in the sun.

Accommodation comprises entrance hall with guest washroom, lounge/dining room with feature fireplace, A/C & Sat TV.

Fitted kitchen with dishwasher. Access to the dining & swimming pool terrace via patio doors.

The lower level comprises 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes & an en-suite bathroom with hydro-massage bath & shower over. The second bedroom has twin beds & fitted wardrobes.

The third bedroom also has twin beds & fitted wardrobes. All bedrooms are air conditioned.

The family bathroom on this level has a shower. The washing machine & tumble dryer are also found here.

The private swimming pool is approx 7 x 4m & is adjacent to the sun terrace with loungers, parasol, table & chairs.

The dining terrace also has a table & 6 chairs.

Stunning views, great location

We loved it at this house! It has an amazing sea view and is really well equipped (though a cheese grater would be good!!!). The sofas, chairs and beds are really comfy and the fittings are really qood quality. As we were with our toddler, it was seriously handy to have retractable stair gates already in place and a cot and high chair available to hire. It was a bit too early in the season for us to swim, but the pool looked gorgeous! Enjoy!

Fabulous villa in an ideal location

This villa is exactly as it says on the tin. Stunning and beautifully situated with amazing coastal views. It is large with air con in all rooms, which was much needed during our stay. The villa is very clean and well kept, and very safe and secure, with everything you need. When in the villa we spent almost all of the time on the large terrace enjoying meals and the views or in the pool, which is bigger than most in my experience. Only needed to contact the property manager once on our arrival who responded swiftly and efficiently. A car is a must, unless you are extremely fit and adventurous, as the villa is situated approx half a mile from the main road up a very steep incline. It is also situated half way between Torrox and Nerja, which are approx a mile in either direction. There are numerous shingle/stone beaches in either direction along the whole stretch of the coast so you don't always need to travel to the bigger beaches close to the 2 towns, just drop down the hill. Frigiliana is a short drive away and offers lovely bars and restaurants and a welcome break from the busy coast. Most of the beaches are shelved so if you aren't a strong swimmer it can get a little scary if you're snorkelling for example. Can recommend Kayaking at Maro beach (although the beach is a hell of a hike and not as good as advertised). The caves at Nerja are unbelievable, and the Rio Chillar river walk is fantastic, a cross between Jurassic Park and Indiana Jones. If you like wading up a flowing river with waterfalls and pools everywhere in awesome scenery it's for you. It's a hard treck but great fun. Take good footwear that you don't mind being wrecked by stones and water!

I would definitely recommend this villa and holiday location without reservation.

Very nice place and good point to research Andalus

Very nice villa and very nice sea view. Only one hour to Granada and Malaga. Several good beaches nearby if you don't afraid gray color sand.

Une vue à couper le souffle !

Cette villa est absolument fantastique. La vue sur mer s'étant sur 180 degrés. Le matin le lever de soleil sur Nerja est absolument somptueux.

Avec nos trois enfants nous avons apprécié cette maison totalement conforme aux photos, la climatisation nous a été utile une soirée particulièrement chaude. La cuisine est très très bien équipée. L'ensemble de la maison est aménagée de façon à recevoir des enfants sans danger : barrière de sécurité partout si besoin.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa.

Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location.

best house since 20 years by Holliday in Spain

A wonderful house with private pool. In each room, air conditioning and for Spain very well decorated. You should have your own car, the 100m straight line from the coastal road to the house are very steep. The road, however, is well developed. The two outdoor terraces offer even at high temperatures somewhere shadow. The view is the best I have ever had on Spain's coast. The location between Torrox and Nerja's fantastic. The organization is optimally controlled.

Conclusion, at the end of the holiday we planned to stay still. We would definitely come back.

Torrox provides the perfect base to explore Andalucia. You can explore the historic towns and white villages of Competa and Frigiliana.You can also visit the famous Nerja Caves and the abandoned and recently restored El Acebuchal village and sample the traditional food offered by the local family run restaurant.

The beautiful city of Granada with the magnificent Alhambra is only 1.5 hours drive, and also Cordoba and Seville are quite accessible. There are many leisure activities such as golf, horseriding, walking, snorkeling and scuba diving. During the year there are lots of feria (festivals) in different nearby towns and villages.Overlooking the Mediterranean, the 11th century village of Torrox is a typical white-washed village with many steep streets and pretty squares. Protected from the north winds by the Tejeda and Almijara mountains the average temperature sees little difference between winter and summer. It is for this that Torrox boasts having ´the best climate in Europe´.

Nerja is a coastal town at the foot of the Almijara mountains with a long tradition of fishing and agriculture. The fishermen still pull their nets ashore on Burriana beach and fresh produce can still be bought from the doorways of local people´s houses. The weekly market (Tuesdays) attracts many traders and shoppers from all over the region and the town centre has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere with many lovely shops, tapas bars & restaurants.
