About the property

Casa Boick Terrazas del Golf is a lovely 2 bedroom property located directly overlooking the La Marquesa Golf Course driving range, in a peaceful, tranquil location, ideal for either a relaxing family holiday in the sun, or a golfing holiday.

The property is a duplex which has stairs to the entrance door and comprises of a lounge/diner with access to the terrace (which has fantastic views across the driving range), well equipped kitchen (inc fridge freezer, washing machine, electric oven/ceramic hob), a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, twin bedroom and family shower room. The lounge and bedrooms all have air conditioning and ceiling fans. It is furnished with good quality furniture, and is well equipped with all the essentials required to enjoy your holiday. The lovely communal swimming pool, with toddler pool, is beautifully maintained and great for couples and families alike. The pool is for the private use of Terrazas del Golf, a row of just 28 properties, and you can often find you have the pool area to yourself.

WIFI available at the property, along with TV and DVD player.

Situated just half an hour’s drive from both Alicante and Murcia Airports.

The golf complex is great area for a holiday, even for non-golfers, with some great restaurants within easy walking distance, which offer good value for money and the well-furnished Club House, with pool terrace and restaurant along with a number of bars and a well-stocked supermarket (all approx. ½ mile away), and further restaurants approximately (approx. ¾ mile walking distance), overall offering a great choice of International cuisines. The Spanish town of Rojales is just a mile away, with a local market on a Thursday and more bars and restaurants.

The lovely beaches at Guardamar are approximately 6 miles away (just a 10 minute drive), also there you will find some lovely parks to walk through. Reina Sofia Park is our favourite which is ideal for either a leisurely stroll enjoying the peacocks, red squirrels and terrapins, or a play in the large adventure playground.

Nearby are the towns of Quesada, which has a number of bars, restaurants and a great water park. Also the bustling seaside town of Torrevieja.

Costa Blanca with its Mediterranean diet and warm climate is renowned as one of the healthiest regions of Spain, in fact, the World Health Organisation named it as one of the healthiest regions in the world!

You will be met at the property by our property manager and a 60 Euro cleaning and preparation cost will be payable upon your arrival. Cleaning includes all laundry including bedding and bath towels. Please bring your own towels for the beach and pool.

20% deposit payable at time of booking and full payment 8 weeks in advance of your stay

All electricity, air conditioning and water costs are included in the rental rates.

£100 damage deposit to be paid with full payment. This will be promptly refunded once our property manager has collected the keys and checked the property.

The property was as describe, Better in fact. Everything was great manager Judith was excellent

Our stay was to celebrate two of our friends 60th birthdays. We have stayed in this area a number of times as my neighbour has an appartment here.

The appatment we satyed at Casa Boick was ideal because we were very close to our other friends 10 of us all together. Out every night to the various restuarants which we have been before all great. The location of Casa Boick was mainlyon the flant and only a stroll to the restaurants. Julie the owner

was exreemly helpful with and questions and always replied quickly. Th propery manager, Judith, who me us with the keys was also vey helpful despite the fact it was 23.30. Will definately use this appartment again. Many thanks Julie

Absolutely perfect. Brilliant location & views. Apartment was clean and comforting. Highly recommend

This was just ideal for us. The location itself was perfect and a short few minutes walk from local bars and restaurants. The accommodation was gorgeous. Lovely villa, berry clean and homely. I will definitely be recommending and using again. The property manager was also friendly and very helpful. Loved my stay here. Xxx
