Modern,fully equipped studio with afternoon sun.Planned and designed to guarantee a comfortable and relaxing holiday with all your needs catered for.Situated towards the back of the complex it benefits from sun from midday to sunset with a view of the pool but is in a quiet part of the complex.A very popular complex well placed for all facilities well within walking distance.Busy pool bar with excellent selection of meals,free WiFi and happy hours.Just behind the complex is a secure entrance to a public car park.

Why Mike Dyson chose Adeje

I have owned a 1 bedroom apartment in the area (Owner's Direct Reference is 8014105 on Colina Blanca) but this is higher up a hill for several years but I have always liked this complex as it is so handy for all the bars and restaurants and on the level and only 2-3 minutes walk from several beaches and the bus station is 5 minutes away where I can catch a bus to the airport for less than 4€. There is a busy pool bar that serves a wide range of meals and snacks

Owner's Response: I am sorry that the complex do not appear to control "reserving" of sunbeds. However, there is a second pool away from the main one where are no issues with use of beds and is considerably quieter and handier for my apartment.

Great centrally situated apartment complex, in easy reach of beach and shops.

Brilliant apartment. Just what you need for a couple although we could have done with a change of sheets midweek. Pool bar have very friendly staff and the food is excellent. A great effort is made to entertain you whilst lounging at the pool. The small shop is well stocked and staff are very helpful. On the doorstep is a terrace of pubs and restaurants which are very inexpensive. The Chinese buffet is exceptional and great value for money. The pubs have live entertainment every night so you don' have to walk far to find a good night out. Yes, The GardenCity is well worth a visit.
