Why Kenneth Severinsson chose Nerja

The apartment is located in San Juan de Capistrano area which is built as a White andalusian village which climbs up the hillside. The area is very Clean and well maintained with fulltime gardeners who take care of the all the flowers and trees. To the popular Burriana beach is a 20 min walk or a short ride with the bus that stops right in front of the apartment. Walk to the Town centre in 20 min or take the bus. The apartment is located in the outline of the area with a spectacular view over Nerja, the sea and the surrounding Mountains with wonderful sunsets from the big terrace of about 25 sqm.

What makes this apartment unique

You have acces to one of the biggest poolareas (march-october) with several bars, restaurants, sunchairs and greenareas. Freee parking outside the apartment. Bus stop in front of the apartment.

This penthouseapartment with windows at all directions give you a nice homeaway from home feeling !

Fabulous Apartment.

From the moment we walked through the door this apartment is Bright, Airy and spacious. All furnishings complement each other. Being only the two of us we used the main bedroom where the bed was extremely comfortable and we used the air conditioning unit briefly during the night and it was extremely quite, the little terrace off the bedroom is a lovely way to start the day. The Kitchen has everything you could need for your stay. The terrace has wonderful views of sea and hills, and is the perfect place to get all day sunshine and is peaceful to sit having a meal and evening drink until the late

hours. There is a swimming pool and two pool bars and a supermarket all within 5 minute walking distance a very nice restaurant directly opposite and 5 minute drive down to Burriana and Nerja. We will Highly Recommend this Apartment to our family and friends.

Very good communication with Kenneth throughout. Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely apartment.

Geen winterverblijf....

De capaciteit van de airconditioner in de woonkamer was beslist onvoldoende om dit appartement op de 3e (top)verdieping op temperatuur te houden in de periode dat wij er waren. Ook de radiatorkachels voegden geen warmte toe. Een zelf meegebracht straalkacheltje kon er nog voor zorgen dat we 's avonds onze voeten warm konden krijgen. Het tochtte door de vele kieren van ramen en deuren: we hebben ze allemaal moeten afplakken om het met name bij een flinke wind nog enigszins warm te krijgen. Kortom: geen huis om in de winterperiode te huren! Het huis is duidelijk gebouwd en gericht op de warme zomers.

Wij schrokken van de staat van de zitbanken. Kussens beschadigd en uit model. Bekleding hier en daar gescheurd en de grand foulards waren hinderlijk.

Wisseling van het bed- en badlinnen was slechts 1 maal per 14 dagen.

Jammer dat het centrum van Nerja niet aan te lopen is. Volgende keer kiezen we voor een plek meer aan de kust gelegen.

De uitrusting van de keuken was wel behoorlijk compleet. De overige voorzieningen en de bedden waren goed te noemen.

Overigens is het voorgaande commentaar van de eigenaar.

Nerja is the pearl of the Costa del Sol. A genuinely beautiful Andalusian town with whitewashed houses on the Mediterranean, where the mountains creates beautiful views contrasted with sea views. Nerja is 55 km east from Málaga Airport. The Sierra Almijara, located north of Nerja, ending in the Mediterranean. These rocks form natural beautiful caves and coves along the coast. This part of the Costa del Sol has a microclimate with one of Europe's most pleasant weather, particularly in winter. Thanks to its special climate can Nerja offer lokaldodlad exotic fruits like mango, avocado, papaya and chirimoya. Nerja has about 20 000 inhabitants. The number increases significantly during the summer. Nerja has a lovely atmosphere thanks to its friendly people and relaxing pace. The old town consists of whitewashed houses on narrow cobbled streets. There are also many nice tapas bars, restaurants and shops. The city center is the Balcon de Europa, hanging over the cliffs with a stunning panoramic view of the mountains and sea. Stalactite caves of Nerja discovered in 1959 and is one of Europe's largest. Every year the music festival there and definitely worth a visit.
