BALASIA offers a tropical garden is intimate & not overlooked where you can relax by the pool. The villa enjoys all the comforts such as a kitchen, internet, satellite TV, air conditioning in the bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, etc.
In addition, a cleaning lady comes 4 times a week, the gardener and the maintenance of the swimming pool 2 times. the neighborhood is residential. the villa is in a private mini dead end, close to the main avenue sunset raod. near multiple stalls, grocery stores and small restaurants. It is located opposite the security post with grocery stores close by, laundromat and other various shops. 5 minutes by scooter from the beach and the lively avenues of bars, world restaurants and shops. but also easy to escape to the calm of rice fields and temples.
On site, ANA, a wonderful jewel of generosity, discretion and efficiency, will welcome you with a drink and some fruit. She will be your privileged interlocutor throughout your stay and will be able to answer all your questions.
Possibility to book a taxi for transfers or scooter rental extra.

Maintenance needed

Did not expect luxury for the price but I did expect the property to be better maintained. The flush button on the toilet sunk into the cistern when flushing. The aircon leaked all over the bedroom floor. No blankets. When asked for a blanket on the second day we were told that they were still being washed and would have them the next day. My daughter said her bed was very hard so she put the cushions from the outside furniture under the mattress. Could do with a microwave.

Fantastic Bang for Buck villa, great owner & manager.

For the price this is a fantastic villa in a fantastic location! Its not your full on 5* villa, but it is clean, well presented with everything you will need in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Comfortably and stylishly furnished and with a lovely pool and garden to relax in. Location wise it is a short Grab / Go-Jek taxi to Seminyak for an evening out, or within walking distance of nice western and Indonesian food (great Banyuwangi kitchen next to minimart for real local Javanese food, Sun Shot restaurant great for beer and food, and Putu coffee next door for your morning fix). There is also safe parking outside the villa should you wish to rent a car. Sandra and Anna were also able to accommodate other requirements for us such as baby cot and even extending our stay when i had to do a last minute trip back to Europe. Only things to be aware of and these should not be an issue on holiday - the TV only has European news channels and Channel News Asia, and you will need to bring your own speakers for music (as would be the case in any other villa also)

Strict minimum

La maison et le jardin n'étaient pas propres quand nous sommes arrivés. La literie n'est pas très confortable Nous avons été victime d'un cambriolage lorsque nous étions dans la maison. Faire attention à bien tout fermer, beaucoup de personnes rodent. En bref heureusement que le tarif n'est pas plus élevé pour les prestations données.
