The property comprises 2 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms, 1 ensuite to the double bedroom. There are 4 beds - 1 double and 2 single - but there is a spare mattress that can be used as a fifth bed. There is a kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster and well stocked with crockery and pots and pans. The lounge is spacious with 2 settees, a dining area with a table and 4 chairs, bookcase well stocked with books that may be borrowed and TV which you can watch English channels, music and films and a DVD player. Balcony with beautiful views over the pool - open from mid-end May to early October - gardens and with a sea view. Please feel free to take the deck chairs on the balcony down to the pool.

My family and I have lived all our lives in Kent and currently live in Wilmington. We purchased the flat last year having holidayed there for 13 years, so it is like our second home
Why Property Manager chose Arroyo de la Miel
We love the apartment as we have been going there for family holidays for 15 years. The apartment is in a Spanish residential block, with a pool which is open from mid-end May until early-mid October and lovely gardens. The benefit of it being in a Spanish block is that even in August the pool is often totally empty for most of the day and is very quiet. We like the fact that there are only a few other English families so we really can get away from it all and unwind.
What makes this Apartment unique
The apartment is on the first floor and has a beautiful view over the pool and gardens and the sea in the distance. We have spent many an evening watching the lit up boats in the distance and the lights twinkling all round the coast. It is very easy to get to, being just a 20 minute train ride from Malaga airport and then a 10 minute walk or taxi to the apartment. It has a supermarket at the end of the road and is only a 5 minute walk into town to the many shops and restaurants. There is also a childrens playground, which was a must every night after dinner for our children when they were young. It is also a great location for travelling round the Costa del Sol by train and bus.

We have just returned from this lovely apartment. It is very clean, spacious and well equipped. The television now has an Amazon fire stick installed with many channels to choose from and would be useful if staying during the winter months. It is within easy walking distance to all amenities and transport links and Lynne the owner was very helpful providing information by email prior to our visit.
Highly recommended - you will not be disappointed!

Perfect place to stay
Beautiful apartment with everything you need to have a great holiday. The pool is lovely and never that busy set in gorgeous gardens. Great location with a good supermarket just down the street. The owners were really helpful as was the lovely lady that let us in in Spain.

Lovely Apartment with Sea View in a Convenient Location
Myself, my partner and sister spent nine days during November in this spacious apartment which was ideal, having 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms (beds were super comfy!). Every morning from the balcony we watched the sunrise over the sea, truly magnificent. The location was perfect, very quiet but within easy walking distance of a large supermarket, trains, buses, restaurants and a variety of shops. A stroll downhill to the beach took us around 25 mins then we followed the promenade to the Marina where there are many boutiques and bars. A visit to Mijas is a must and easy to get to using local buses (stops next to train station). Benalmadena Pueblo is a short bus ride away also the Butterfly Park and an amazing Buddhist Temple.There’s a Red Tour Bus which also stops next to the station. We caught a train from Malaga to Ronda which is a 2 hour journey both ways (around €23) but well worth it just for the views. If you enjoy browsing around local markets we can recommend the Friday market which is directly next to Tivoli World, again, walking distance. Although we didn’t spend much time in the apartment during the day, with it being November, and dark nights, once we had eaten out it would have been preferable to have English tv channels to watch back at the apartment. In no way did this spoil our holiday and we would certainly like to return soon. Thank you Mark and Lynne

Comfortable clean apartment, great location for town, train station for further travel.
Great location near to town, easy access to train station
Tivoli World theme park is about 25 minutes walk away, as is a cable car and a sea life centre. There is a water park a bus/train ride away. Paloma Park is a 20 minute walk away. 15 mins on the train is the large shopping centre of Plaza Mayor, and both Torremolinos and Fuengirola are only a 15-20 min train journey. Malaga town is just the other side of the airport, which is well worth a visit. A 15 minute bus ride away is Benalmadena Pueblo, a quaint and typical old Spanish town, with pretty little white streets, a church and stuning views over the Benalmadena and Mijas costas. Just a bit further along on the bus and up into the mountains is Mijas, again full of little winding streets, and many shops and restaurants. You can take a horse and cart ride along its pretty streets
