This immaculate refurbished apartment is located 250 metres from the safe blue flag beaches of La Zenia with views to the sea from the balcony. There are bars and restaurants within 100 metres. Livelier bars are about 250 metres away. La Zenia Boulevrd with a huge array of shops, bars and restaurants is a 20 minute walk away. There are 3 world class golf courses about a 5 minute drive away. There is excellent security at the property. It has its own burglar alarm and access is only for residents to the communal areas, which include the swimming pool and jacuzzi. There are 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed and the other 2 bedrooms are spacious with twin beds.There is FREE WIFI, a TV with English Channels, including Sky Sports and movies, Spanish channels and many more European channels. We now have a new system which is very reliable and operated by remote control. The kitchen is equipped with fully functioning appliances of an oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is an iron and ironing board for guests' use. Linen and towels are provided. Towels are for use in the apartment only. Please bring your own beach towels. The apartment benefits from hot and cold aircon in the master bedroom and living area. There are heaters and fans in the other 2 bedrooms and a heater in the bathroom. The balcony is large, fully furnished and is south facing. There is a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area. The family bathroom has a bath, shower, WC and bidet. There is a 95 euro charge payable locally on arrival to our keyholder to cover meet and greet costs, the services of our keyholders during your stay and cleaning and laundry on departure.

Hi, I am Sue and have bought this apartment for my retirement which is just around the corner. I grew up in Sheffield and went to the University of Sheffield where I read law. I have worked in the legal profession for a number of years and I have a grown up daughter and son. I love the sunshine and laid back Spanish lifestyle but until recently, I have never been able spend more than a couple of weeks there. My dream of owning a Spanish property has been 20 years in the making and I hope anyone who stays in the property enjoys it as much as I do.

Why Sue chose La Zenia
I chose this property because it has the 3 bedrooms and communal pool which I wanted and it is within walking distance to the beach, my definition of walking distance to the beach and not that of an estate agent! The apartment is tastefully furnished throughout so I did not have the hassle of shopping for furniture. I chose the area because of the fantastic beaches and year round sunshine. The proximity to a variety of bars and restaurants and the La Zenia Boulvard shopping centre is a real bonus. The flights from regional airports are frequent and all year round so it is as easy to pop over even for a short break as it is to holiday in the UK.

Lovely location but noisy people above and next door neighbors smoking pot
Wasn’t impressed with a ( high cleaning charge ) as the dust on the tv unit was quite visible . Tv very hard to work no remote as normal but a computer mouse . The TV kept on freezing .
We are glad you liked the location of the apartment but sorry you encountered problems with the neighbours and the TV.
We have been made aware that the people upstairs are having some work done to their apartment, which we understand will be completed on 26 April 2018. This of course is not within our control.
We can only apologise about the dust on the TV unit and ensure that this is rectified. The cost of the clean is pretty average for a 3 bedroom apartment. In any event, you knew the cost of the clean when you booked. It is however, very reassuring that you found that all other areas of the apartment had been cleaned to a high standard, since you have not drawn any other aspects of cleanliness to our attention. Our cleaner is held in high regard locally and not only cleans several apartments on our complex but many others as well.
We apologise that the TV kept breaking up and that you did not find it user friendly. We appreciate that the system is not what you will be used to in the UK but the TV breaking up is only very rare in our experience.
The system we use allows us to offer a wider variety of channels, including sports and movies and for us to cater for our European guests, from outside the UK.
Finally, you allege that our next door neighbours were smoking "pot." Whilst certain strains are not illegal in Spain, the smoking of such substances is not permitted on the complex. We will be making enquiries with some permanent residents of the complex and owners who were here at the time. Had anyone seen any one smoking "pot" or smelt "pot" this would have been reported immediately to the administrators. This is a very family friendly complex and such activities will not be tolerated.
We very rarely see our next door neighbours ourselves as they tend to come in school holidays when we are not in Spain. Therefore, we do not know them well and have only ever exchanged pleasantries due to language barriers. We are therefore unable to confirm whether it was the owners or their guests in the apartment at the time.
We can not stress enough, that such a serious allegation will be thoroughly investigated.

The property is very spacious, well furnished and very clean.
The apartment was really lovely ,the pool area is great .
The location is very good .The apartment was spotless .Excellent service from Tracy and Mark who did our airport transfers and showed us round the apartment .Everything beach,restaurants, supermarkets nearby .Myself ,daughter and two grandchildren had a lovely holiday La Zenia is a lovely place and we would definitely recommend it .Sue the owner was very prompt with any questions I had .Yes I would recommend this apartment we had a fantastic time Thankyou

El apartamento es muy bonito y estaba muy limpio y bien equipado Esta muy bien ubicado, cerca de la playa y el centro comercial esta cerca. En la urbanización hay una zona con piscina que es ideal si vas con niños.

This property is in a great location. The nearest bar and restaurant is 100m. Lively bars, restaurants and large supermarket within 300m. 20 minute walk to La Zenia Boulevard Shopping Centre. Within close proximity to 3 golf courses. Excellent security at the apartments, including individual burglar alarm and foyer only accessible to residents with key. Excellent transport links to the surrounding area. No need for a car. Airport transfers available on request.
