The two spacious double bed Both rooms are furnished with TV, wardrobe, desk and suitcase stand and offer everything for a pleasant stay. The 2 bathrooms are fully furnished, both with big walk-in shower. Additionally the apartment has central heating, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi Internet accessible in all the rooms. The area around our apartment offers free street parking subject to availability. The apartment is located in the Aurelio / Neighborhood between the Vatican and the Vatican Museums Baldo degli Ubaldi metro stops. Very close and well connected to the historic center where you will find the most beautiful attractions of the "Eternal City", the perfect starting point of any city tour. In walking distance you will find shops and any kind of service: bars, ice cream (ice cream shop), restaurants, supermarkets, pubs, banks, pharmacy, McDonald, hairdresser, and one of the greenest, widest and most relaxing spots in town: a beautiful Villa Pamphili park with trails for running, walking and biking or having a picnic at the artificial lake with turtles, ducks and swans. Authorized bus stops and taxi station in front of the apartment, connecting you with any part of Rome.
Baldo degli Ubaldi metro stop (line A) 20 min by feet, Saint Peter Theatre (Vatican) 15 min by feet. Easily accessible by car, bus and train, the property is ideally located for any city tours or excursions to visit the artistic treasures of the region.

GREAT APARTMENT WITH WONDERFUL HOSTS

In our opinion, travel is not just about what you see, but who you meet. The owners of this apartment, Luisa & Paul, were the perfect hosts. They live in the same apartment building, which was ideal. Anything they could do to help, was their motto. The apartment is on the third floor ( one below the top) with a lift. It is well-furnished, with comfy beds and has 2 shower rooms, perfect! Also, it has a well-equipped kitchen and a good-sized and comfortable living/dining area, with a balcony providing some outside space. Air/con is in the living/dining area and both bedrooms. The apartment is quiet at night and it is situated around 2kms from the historic centre. However, there are frequent buses to the centre, just around the corner from the apartment and there is also a taxi rank just metres from the building entrance. We had a wonderful 4-night stay and can't thank Luisa & Paul enough for their hospitality. There's nothing negative to say about this apartment! Shirley & Derek

Apartment is well organized and very comfortable. Everything has been provided for and more. Luisa and Paul are very thoughtful and we highly recommend a stay with them. We can’t wait to visit again!

Great first time experience in Rome

This property is exactly as it appears in the photos. Luisa and Paul have a great eye for style and are obviously proud of their property. The apartment was very clean and spacious with both bedrooms generously sized and complemented by modern bathrooms. Great linen too. As hosts, you could not wish for more. They were so welcoming, and keen to make sure you were comfortable and any questions you had were answered. As 2 women travelling for the first time to Rome, it was comforting to kmow they were not too far away and available if needed. On the 3rd floor, it was also good to have the option of a Lift (for weary legs at the end of a day) or stairs (to justify the daily gelato). Although not in the City Centre, public transport was within 5mins walk away, with a very efficient system making it easy to get around. You could be in the heart of Rome within 15mins. There are ample eating options in the area and a decent supermarket selling all the food and wine you could hope for just a few minutes away. I have no hesitation in recommending this property as a base while staying in Rome.

Amazing property would highly recommend

Being a frequent traveller in holiday rentals ive experienced quite a range of service and properties. This has to be one of the best ive ever stayed in from both a service point of view and the property itself. Luisa and Paul were attentive from the moment we booked right up until the returning my deposit the day after we left. We cant thank them enough. Excellent service and hospitality. The property is immaculate, very clean, very well equipped and has modern and tasteful decor. We really enjoyed the apartment. The location is a 15 min walk to the vatican area and a short bus ride to the very centre. It was very easy to get around and quite nice to be in that location. The surounding area has all you need. Restaurants, bar, supermarket and taxi rank. All in all you will not be disappointed if you book. Next time in rome I hope this is available! My sister is currently planning to come back in April.
