This lovely modern townhouse is of a high standard with a spacious layout to accommodate large groups, ideal for sailing crews, families or corporate clients. This house is set in a quiet, small cul-de-sac so consideration needs to be made to the residents in regards to noise and parking is restricted to one vehicle at the back with on street parking out the front. The four storeys means plenty of space for everyone with the added bonus of a balcony off the kitchen to sit an enjoy the evenings. This property comes with everything needed for a long or short stay and well decorated ensuring a comfortable stay.

What a find!

We stayed in this house for a week. We were a group of 7 adults and a two year old. It's a very comfortable, modern, well appointed house spreading over four floors, which offered good exercise. Toddler loved the stairs! An easy walk into Cowes, which is as lovely as we remembered it. Graham is a superb host. The couple of issues we had were dealt with very promptly. If we return to Cowes again, we would definitely use this house again.

Clean, tidy and easy to arrange our stay

We used several properties for a corporate sailing event. Graham arranged our stay brilliantly and the accommodation was comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay including tea, coffee and milk.
