These attractive villas each with a private swimming pool and landscaped gardens, sit on a small development on the outskirts of Coral Bay. Combining stylish furnishings with modern finishes these villas provide a spacious and comfortable base from which to explore some of the many delights the West coast of Cyprus has to offer.
The ground floor of these two storey villas consists of an open plan living area, dining area and kitchen. The living area is furnished in a modern style with a corner sofa, satellite television (limited channels) and DVD player. The cherry wood kitchen with granite work surfaces is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The large dark wood dining table comfortably seats six in its high-backed dining chairs.
The first of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor, this is a twin bedded room with adjacent shower room.
Each of the first floor bedrooms features en suite facilities and a private balcony. The master double bedroom has an en suite bathroom and large private balcony overlooking the swimming pool, whilst the twin bedroom has an en-suite shower room and a private balcony that overlooks the front of the villa.
This villa also has wireless internet connection.
The 8m x 4m private pool with both walk in steps and ladder access is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas and poolside shower. A barbecue is provided for outdoor dining in those warm summer months.
Please note that this villa is not available to single sex groups (i.e. family bookings only). Smoking is not permitted inside this villa.

The villas are situated in a peaceful location, close to the sea, on the outskirts of the popular resort of Coral Bay at the entrance to the much sought after Sea Caves area. The coastline in front of the villas and stretching along to the Sea Caves area is full of natural rock caves making it ideal snorkelling territory and popular with many of the local scuba diving schools. The small sandy bay of Corallia Beach is within a few minutes walk of the villa, whilst the larger sandy beach of Coral Bay is a little further on.
The nearest supermarket, restaurants and bars are within 1.3 kilometres of the development whilst the centre of Coral Bay, which has become a lively resort with plenty to offer, is only 2 kilometres away. Here you will find a chemist, laundry, several banks, souvenir shops, supermarkets, a wide selection of restaurants, cafes and bars, mini golf and go karting.
For a taste of the more traditional head to the tiny fishing hamlet of St Georges from where you can enjoy some of the islands most memorable sunset views and enjoy a traditional Cypriot meze meal at one of the small collection of family run tavernas. For nature lovers the start of the protected Akamas Peninsula is just to the north of the village. Or head to the hillside village of Peyia to sample one of its small selection of long established tavernas and village coffee shops.
Both the Paphos Zoo and the Horse Riding Stables which cater for all ages, are within a 10 minute drive. The town of Paphos, with its Heritage sites, modern shopping facilities, waterpark and attractive harbour area is only a 20 minute drive away.
There are 4 golf courses; Tsada Golf Course, Secret Valley Golf Course, Aphrodite Hills Golf Course and Elea Golf Course all within approximately a 30 minute drive.
