It features two splendorous terraces, one of them facing west with direct view on the beach and almost 60m2 big, and the other one of 45m2 overlooking the harbor on the east side.

The loft is specially designed for tall people, Having a 220x150 cm bed and a 110cm high kitchen counter and sink. It has one of the greatest views available, is quiet and sunny all day round.

This is not the typical standard Usually you find apartment for rent, I finished it With much love and many details to live in it myself, but now I am renting it out for some time, and therefore I look for for thoughtful People Who will treat it carefully.

It is the only attic of the building, so You have to walk up one floor Through the stairway after Having taken the elevator to the top. This Means you have no direct neighbors of the same building on the same floor, Which Guarantees you more privacy and quietness.

Both feature terraces high-class artificial lawn, Which Gives You a very comfy feeling!

May As you know, on the Canaries tap water is not drinkable Generally, so I have installed a reverse-water depuration system osomosis Which Gives You excellent drinking water right out of a special tap. This Avoids you carrying bottled water from the supermarket to the attic.

Reasons for environmental, hot water is provided Through a solar panel on the rooftop.

300 MB fiber optics ultra fast wireless internet access and Satellite TV with over 800 channels included.

Really first class accommodation

We couldn't have asked for better!

Wonderfully appointed overlooking the classier end of Canteras beach... lulled to sleep by the gentle lapping of the waves....this apartment has everything a couple could want and is beatifully equipped.

Oliver is a perfect host, not over the top but completely genuine and with a plethora of knowledge and advice about Gran Canaria. He arranged cheap parking garage for our hire car and recommended some really great restaurants and things to do.

If the weather is cloudy.. head south... if it's really sunny do not miss the chance to get up into the mountains.. if you like fish go to Amigo Camilo around the corner.

Above all enjoy sitting out on the huge balcony sipping a gin and watching the world go by on Canteras beach.

Stunning luxury apartment and views

What an amazing apartment! Lovely 5 days away. We took Oliver up on his deal to pick up us from airport in his vintage Lincoln Continental. Great way to start our holiday.

The views on both sides of the apartment are completely amazing. The attention to detail in the spotless apartment; the quality binoculars to watch the beach life, luxury coffee machine, auto water filter tap, quality mattress and pillows and easy alarm system made our stay so very comfortable.

Thanks Oliver, we will be back!

Fantastic apartment in great location

Amazing immaculate apartment with high spec equipment for all your needs. Overlooking the beach with outdoor roof areas to both sides giving you all day round sunshine if you want to spend time at the apartment itself. Oliver couldn't be any more helpful, from pre holiday communication to picking us up at the airport to showing us the best restaurants everything was made easy from start to finish.

Ein Traum!

Also falls jemand mal ein paar Tage auf Gran Canaria verbringen möchte, ist dieses Loft DER Tipp! An den Bildern ist nichts geschönt und Oliver ist dazu noch ein super netter Gastgeber. Die Ausstattung ist unglaublich, die Lage perfekt und dazu zwei riesige Ost- und Westterrassen, einmal Richtung Strand und einmal Richtung Hafen. Ein Traum!
