The Páteo Central apartment is located on the 6th floor of a modern building with lifts in an enclosed condominium with 24-hour security. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and there are two single fold-away beds that can be used to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, since there are also 2 bathrooms. It is air-conditioned and also has central heating. There is a lift, garage and swimming pool.
The entrance hall gives access to the kitchen, living room and the bedrooms. The living room is spacious and bright, with a wide window at one end giving great views of the garden with children's play area, basketball court and of course the large open-air swimming pool. There is a sofa and comfortable armchair, coffee table, and a dining area with a long dining table and 6 chairs. The room is equipped with a large flatscreen TV, high speed wi-fi Internet connection and air-conditioning.
The main bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. There are bedside tables with reading lamps, a full-length mirror, a large window with blinds and central heating. There is one entire wall of cupboards/wardrobes for easily storing clothes and other personal belongings. The ensuite bathroom is clean and modern, and includes a sink, large mirror, bidet, WC and full bathtub with attached shower unit. There are storage cupboards and a hairdryer.
The second bedroom has two single beds (90cm x 200cm) and there are also plenty of wardrobe space. The furniture includes a bedside table, reading lamps, table and chest of drawers. This room is also centrally heated and the window has both interior and exterior blinds. The second bathroom is located just outside the door of this room, and has a washbasin, large mirror, bidet and full bathtub with shower. There is a second hairdryer and bathroom scales in the cupboards.
The kitchen is spacious and fully-equipped. There is an oven, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee-machine and kettle. All the necessary cutlery and crockery is provided, as well as the usual kitchen utensils for cooking. Plenty of natural light is available, due to the window at one end, and there is a door to a storage room with washing machine, water heater, vacuum cleaner, clothes horse, iron and ironing board.
The condominium has a garden with children's play area and a large exterior swimming pool, open all year round. There are sunbeds and chairs. There is also a small basketball court, which can also used to play football.

This apartment is located in the district called Laranjeiras, in the north of Lisbon. It is close to the Benfica stadium and has good transport links to other areas of the city. The apartment includes free private parking and so it is easy to get around using a car. The main university campus is very close, as are several quality clinics and hospitals such as the Santa Maria Hospital.
The Telheiras Metro station is a just 10 minutes walk away, and the apartment is equidistant from both the Benfica (Estádio da Luz) and Sporting (Alvalade) football stadiums. There are plenty of buses passing by on the main roads. There are many shops and cafés located on the outside of the condominium itself, and from here it is very easy to get to the massive Colombo shopping centre, with every kind of shop imaginable.
Please note that from the 1st of January 2016, Lisbon City Council will be charging a city tax of EUR 1 per person per night which is not included in the total price and should be paid during check-in. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest.
