No support when problems appear - worst experience ever
We have been in the apartment in March 2019. It is a nice place in the center of La Latina. The apartment has a nice kitchen with a dining table and sofa, a separate small bedroom (quiet and with good beds) and a small bathroom. Normally, I would rate it 4 to 4.5 out of 5. More is not possible, because its windows are only going to inner courtyards or walls. You do not see the sky or weather and it is a bit cold in spring and probably sticky in summer. This is not visible in the pictures. We planned to stay 8 nights, but had to leave after 3 nights!
WHY? It had cockroaches, at the beginning one at the fridge and another one at the same place the next day. But in the third night, the window with the noise problem woke me up, and when I decided to stop the noise by opening it, I met some cockroaches in the kitchen walking across our cleaned dishes, etc.. This was too much and we decided that it will not get better and we do not want to stay any longer. Decide for yourself, whether this is o.k. for you. We did not accept it and want to get the money back for the 5 not used nights.
But we still wait for the money. The owner was helpful in emails until we moved into the apartment, but afterwards, there was no support. Nobody came, when we complained about the problem, no solution or alternative was offered. They expect that we should be satisfied with 40% of the non-used nights. I think a total refund of the 5 not used nights is out of question. (A reduction for the used but spoiled nights would be a nice offer).
