This villa has been up-graded to a very high standard. Situated on one of the larger plots of the urbanization. There is a beautiful sea view from the terrace and lots of space around the pool ( Heated in the winter months) There is ample patio furniture for sunbathing or alfresco dining on the BBQ. Internally the villa is fully equipped with ceiling fans in all rooms. Located in a residential area only minutes walk to the centre of the resort which has a new sandy beach, ample bars & restaurants, shops, supermarkets, banks with a good bus service and taxi rank.

The villa was nice another in a quiet location not far from the local bars and restaurants however the pool was filthy and required two days of cleaning rendering the pool out of bounds for half of our rental period, the owner/ manager was aware of the pool issue prior to our arraival but made no effort to alert us nor offer any recompense. In short we did not receive what we paid for and were left disappointed. The outside space is great massively let down by the unusable pool. The bedding/pillows are stained and overall the property needs a deep clean. This villa is no way luxury as stated in the listing and the agent who looks after the property was unhelpful

Owner's Response: the pool was not filthy ,we had an electrIcal problem which was sorted within two days, during which time we paid for the use of a lido 2 mins walk away. if the bedding and pillows were stained why was i not informed this guest walked past the office everyday. we have a laundry room full of clean and new laundry. The villa was inspected before arrival, if it was not to the clients satisfaction they only had to to say somthing. we are available 24 hours a day. Apart from the pool which was sorted imediately, we had no calls. The villa is deep cleaned at the end of every visit. we always go above and beyond to make sure our guests are happy. I feel the problem here is only about the pool and the recompense.

Winter sunshine in Callao Salvaje

We are a mature couple looking for sun, warmth, golf, walking, good restaurants , friendly people in a good location with lovely self catering accommodation with good service from the agent and owner.

We found them all and some extras. Lovely beach/ bathing area ,great for families, with bar/restaurant .Easy coastal walks , good golf courses and the Villa is well maintained and presented with sea views ,heated pool , and privacy.

Did it for us.Highly recommended .

Fantastic property in a fantastic location.

Back for a 2nd time to this villa. Liked it so much last year that we couldn`t wait to come back. Callao Salvaje is a perfect place for quiet relaxation. A compact area with all that you can want, and without the manicness of the bigger resorts. Only 10 minutes by car to all the attractions and stuff you will want or need. Looks far on a map but in reality everything is very close.

About 30 minutes from the airport on the motorway.

The villa is in an excellent location within the town and only a 5 minute walk to all the amenities. All on the level, with only a few steps down to the main town centre. ( no hills !!!! )

The villa itself is absolutely spot on. Nice size, with good room sizes and first class facilites. Has always been spotless clean for our arrivals. The pool is perfect, and with a sea view, what more can you want. The pool and patio area are a good size, quite secluded and gets the sun all day-- ideal for you naturists !

Mike,the owner / manager is brand new. Great lad to deal with, and we will be back as soon as we can find a flight deal.

Top Tip ;- The Delphin restaurant is a must. Great location,right on the tip of the headland down behind the Atlantic apartments. Use the little gate at the corner and follow the path and steps.

Tenerife, here we come ................. again.

Perfect family villa

This was our second year in the villa. It is a great base for the family (two adults and two teenage children). The kids love the pool and we find it a perfect size. It has UK tv, radio and wifi - which keeps everyone happy. The location is ideal, quiet and near enough to walk to the local shops for cakes, bread and ice cream. The villa was clean and the pool is cleaned and maintained regularly. It is always our first place to check for availability.

Callao Salvaje is a beach resort situated on the South West Coast just a 10 minute drive away from the more well known resorts of Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos.

The up market shopping areas of the new Siam Mall, Safari Centre and the Del Duque shopping complexes are located in the Las Americas area.

Also the fabulous beaches of Fanabe are close by with all water sports available and the famous water park Siam Park.

From Los Cristianos harbour it is possible to take a short ferry ride over to the neighbouring island of La Gomera.

The port of Puerto Colon is the ideal place for a boat ride to see the famous whales and dolphins that are found off the coast of Tenerife.

A trip to Tenerife would not be complete without a trip to see Mount Teide our Volcano the highest mountain in Spain, where you could take a cable car to the summit.

Also a trip to Puerto de la Cruz to the famous Loro Parque is a must.

Our newest attraction is the largest water park in the world Siam Park based on the ancient kingdom of Thailand with incredible rides and a glorious golden beach and stunning wave pool.
