The prestigious Millennium/Laguna Golf is set in the resort of Vilamoura, and is one of the most renowned holiday destinations in Europe. This luxurious top floor apartment is ideal for families as well as couples and golfers due to the exceptional location and nearby facilities.

The penthouse apartment is within walking distance of the Millennium and Victoria golf courses while only being a short drive or bike ride from the prestigious Marina.

Enjoy the Algarve sun on the sun loungers provided on the roof terrace, the balcony or around the beautiful pool and gardens.

Being only a block of 12 apartments this is ideal and secure for families, you can let the children play by the pool or in the gardens and watch them from the balcony or terrace.

Fully furnished and equipped to a very high standard, the apartment has 2 double bedrooms one with en-suite facilities with access to the balcony. The bedroom has a zip link king size bed that can bed used as a king size or as a twin, a safe and plenty of storage. The second bedroom has twin beds and storage.

The large open plan lounge dining area (for 6) includes satellite TV, sound system and a sofa bed that sleeps an extra 2 people, this leads out onto the balcony overlooking the golf course, pool and gardens. A fully fitted kitchen and utility with washing machine, microwave, dishwasher and much more everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned to make the hot summer days/evenings more comfortable.

Guests will be welcomed at the property with the keys and a lovely welcome basket containing all the essentials for that perfect first day.

Guests will be greeted with a welcome food basket which provides you with items to get you started on your home from home vacation. We have local residents on hand should you need any assistance including a fabulous baby sitting service. This is an outstanding property in an area that year by year only gets more and more exciting.

Lovely Property/Fabulous Holiday!

We stayed in Mike & Amanda's property in June this year and we absolutely loved it! It's a lovely, bright, modern, comfortable apartment with a well equipped kitchen and is really nicely decorated and well-presented throughout. We loved the roof terrace, ideal for relaxing in the sun and the pool downstairs was nice for cooling down! For the 2 weeks we were there we had the pool area to ourselves!

Jackie, the property manager met us at the apartment when we first arrived to show us around and she was always available should we have had any queries or questions during our stay.

All in all, we had a really fabulous holiday staying in the apartment, Amanda, Mike and Jackie were always friendly and helpful throughout and we would definitely like to return to Casa Gadd!

Amazing condo in stunning surroundings

I can not praise this apartment enough. It is modern airy & beautifully presented throughout. The huge beds are so comfortable & quite obviously excellent quality as with all the furniture. Everything you want & need and more besides. It is situated in a stunning area with views over the gardens & golf course. There is a big pool which we had to ourselves which was lovely. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone for sure. The owners Amanda & Mike are so helpful friendly & accommodating as was Jackie who met us at the apartment to show us around & help us with any questions we had. By far the nicest place we have stopped at so far.

I have been to Portugal and Vilamoura 5 times and this is the best condo I have stayed in. The owners were brilliant in terms of information and communication and could not have been more helpful.

The apartment was beautiful and decorated to a very high standard. The pool and garden area was lovely and very well kept.

Our host who met us at apartment Jackie was very nice and very helpful

Our stay was brilliant and next time I return to Portugal I will definately book it again

Air-conditioning must be switched of when not in the property, over usage will be chargeable.

Booking Notes:
A deposit of 25% of your villa rental cost is due within 14 days of booking to confirm your reservation. The remaining 75% plus a damage deposit of £250 is due 8 weeks prior to your rental start date.

Changeover Day:

Normal booking dates are Saturday to Saturday (can be flexible depending on occupancy). Arrival after 3.30pm and departure prior to 11.30am (to allow for cleaning and linen change).
