Hello, my name is Gaëtan, and I'm a 57 years old father. I have two daughters, 32 and 18 years old, and as I work in the shows and events field (sound and lighting company) I am often away. So if you choose to spend your next holiday here, my daughters will be certainly the ones who will welcome you with my wife, especially during the summer period, full of events.

We are living in the village, we are knowing the area well, and therefore, we can also advise you and tell you what you could discover, to see or to avoid, depending on your needs, your desires, your personal feeling.

We actively shared in this building project for 1 year and we'll continue to do our best for the most perfect stay.

"This rental home is the result of a family project, began as an idea of vacation which could be possible in all seasons, in our region. We did not buy it, we have designed it in our village. We put all our energy and all our heart to make it more pleasant, comfortable and homely as possible ... it looks like us! M. Pagnol, A. Dumas, F. Mistral of course have portrayed our region in all its forms, especially in summer with the cicadas ... But late summer often remains so pleasant, with such poetic autumn colors , with beautiful sunny days even in winter, that it was a pity to not enjoy it or do it for the benefit of other people. Actually, it was taking very little things... The pool shelter with the heat pump (and soon, solar thermal panels in addition) to heat water to 28°C are the pillars of this concept offering this possibility. We imagined it for you, as if it was for us, having there our own holidays. Since 1 year we were actively involved in the works, building the terrace with a printed concrete, the pool house on which the telescopic shelter rests, the technical room and currently the garden and the path landscaping, with fences and main gate, as well as paintings, ceramics, interior decoration, cabinets, shelves, equipped-kitchen, furniture ... My wife even told me! "it's better than home" The materials used and the building standards that meet the latest insulation and energy saving requirements, raised us awareness and pushed us towards a responsible approach, combining comfort and accountability. A flexible tank hidden under the terrace collects the so valuable rainwater, to be able to sprinkle and beautify over time this young residence. It is a life project, our life project, we hope you will enjoy there an unforgettable holiday! "

What makes this house unique

"HIGHLIGHTS

First quietness ... This rental villa is located at the end of a private and closed road, around fifty meters long, along the old Carpentras road, which is a little used road. He turns away from the main street. Only local residents are using it, which represents an average of 12 cars per day (maximum). Thus, we hear more birds and cicadas songs than engine noise, and that, only 2 minutes walk from the village center, allowing you, if you want more animations and movements, to quickly reach civilization on the terrace of a café, after some wonderful naps! Then the comfort ... Everything has been designed and implemented for optimal comfort, the excellent quality mattresses and the large bedrooms cabinets, the household appliance, the full- equipped and functional kitchen with a waxed concrete work plan and its many storage spaces, the convenient and comfortable bathroom, the underfloor heating for winter, which can be set to the ½ ° Celsius, and reversible on summer becoming a refreshing floor. For information, on last August, during the finishing works, it was 38°C outside in the shade and 25 °C inside! Even me, I never imagined this could be so efficient! But also the private garage with an automatic door ... It will accommodate your car, or for our cycling friends, their bikes. We are at the foot of "Mont Ventoux", mythical appointment of the "Tour de France"! Finally the pool! 3.50 m wide and 7 m long, 28 cbm of coolness on summer (water treatment with bromine, odorless) but also usable in bad weather, thanks to its modular telescopic shelter, (please, see pictures) that you can open or close, or only partially open, at your convenience, with the water temperature kept at least at 28 °C, thanks to the heat pump and the greenhouse effect! Lovely Villa

This is a lovely, well equipped villa in a convenient location close to the village centre which boasts a range of shops and restaurants. The proprietor and his family were extremely helpful and courteous during our stay. There is a large garden with views of Mt Ventoux. The terrace is large with table and chairs provided for dining: an umbrella is provided for shade. However, the owner is planning to erect a pergola for next year to give more shade which will be far better. The interior is cool and welcoming. I can certainly recommend a stay here.

maison neuve, claire, fonctionnelle dans un environnement calme

la maison, neuve est claire et fonctionnelle, un peu en retrait, donc au calme avec une belle vue sur le Ventoux à l'arrière.

Nous avons également apprécié la piscine chauffée couverte ainsi que la grande terrasse ensoleillée et la proximité du village et de ses commerces.

Encore merci au propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux et sa disponibilité.

A recommander sans hésitation.

Maison au calme. Hyper fonctionnelle.

Propriétaire très gentil et qui reste discret.

Bonne température de la piscine. De 28 à 31 degrés lors de notre séjour en Avril.

Nous reviendrons sûrement.

Avons vraiment apprécié ces vraies vacances dans cette maison tellement fonctionnelle et confortable + un vrai plaisir de découvrir ce beau pays hors saison..., et la piscine à 28° après ballades ou sans... que demander de plus ! ... Nos 3 ados ravis en tout cas, sans parler des parents...

Merci pour votre accueil, votre tolérance, vos douceurs et le sapin de Noël !... Toutes vos attentions nous ont vraiment touchés!

Maison très agréable a vivre

Maison spacieuse, avec tout le confort, dans un quartier calme et sécurisé.

Piscine chauffée et couverte : super. Seul petit bémol : le vis a vis avec les voisins.

Les propriétaires sont d une gentillesse extrême, et très disponibles.

La region est sympa, de belles balades a faire.
