Great House

The house is just what we were looking for. Nice quiet neighborhood. It's much bigger than it looks. It's a mile walk to the docks to watch the boats come in. When we didn't catch our own fish, we bought seafood at Gosman's to grill. It was neat to watch the deer walk around the lake from the picture window.

Beautiful Clean Spacious house!

My husband and I wanted a Montauk getaway and stayed at this house. It was perfect and I would highly recommend it. The house is newly renovated, very clean and comfortable. We felt immediately at home. The location is convenient to everything. We are planning to go back this fall and will definitely look to rent this house again! The owners were terrific and made sure we had everything we needed.

Ideal rental for any family!

Wow! This is absolutely the perfect rental. It is very clean and spacious and has everything a family needs, including a short walk to the private beach! I've been renting in the neighborhood for years and this is, by far, my favorite house. The owners are equally as wonderful to deal with. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and I have! Thanks so much John and Lisa!

Montauk Stay

We stayed here recently with our toddler and some grandparents and it was a perfect place for us. The house is simple, but has eveything you need, and was very clean. It actually seemed bigger than we expected. The fenced yard was very handy with a toddler and we enjoyed the BBQ alot. The location is great because you can walk to the sound side beach, which is a nice option to have when you don't want to drive, but other things are all short drive away. The owners answered all our questions quickly and were very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend this property.

Great house!

We rented this house Memorial Day week. It is newly renovated and very clean. Very big fenced in yard was great for our dog and for bbq-ing. Pond across the street is great for fishing. Private beach and a few restaurants/bars by the marina are in walking distance. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!!

awesome spot to relax

i rented this house about a year ago and it was perfect.We had family come over and bbq on the back patio everynight and just relaxed then during the day we would walk to the beach because it was so close...Very clean and well kept on the inside as well everything is pretty brand new...especially the flat screen in the living room...
