The local area provides for all tastes of outdoor adventure, from white water rafting to lazy cycle routes along the Nivernais Canal. The sun terrace with private heated pool offers the perfect retreat for enjoying the sunny Burgundy climate and is ideal for alfresco dining.

Large kitchen/dining area with billiard table. Galleried lounge with large feature fire place, wood burning stove and ample comfortable sofas/chairs. Mezzanine with sofa and flat screen TV with Bose Home Cinema with Ipod docking station, Sky TV and Wii. Outside there are two eating terraces with outside speakers for alfresco dining. The swimming pool area has a child security fence, pool heating, evening lighting and ample sun loungers and umbrellas.

Quiet location with short drive to nearest town. Good facilities, not a huge amount for young children to do, so bring your own toys. Lovely area, had a good relaxing holiday.

    Security deposit: £300 taken with the balance payment and refunded back on to your card after your holiday.

    Maid service:

    £40 per day (includes 2 hour spruce up clean - pay for number of days cleaning required during the booking process, this will be added to your holiday balance).


    10 euros per hour paid direct with the person (organised in advance please tick the option during the booking process, the babysitter will then call your mobile telephone number after arrival to arrange the date and time, this person is not a registered child minder)

    5% discount for all reservations of 14 nights or more.

    Early Birds Discount:
