The house is entirely of stone and enjoys a tremendous isolation, a terrace overlooking the Puig Major.
Five minutes from the Market Square, (10 from the main bus stops) this little house has it all. However, I wouldn't want to stay there with two people on the sofa bed as it is all rather open plan and just a little small for four. For two it was a perfect size. The house is quite dark and could do with a few more lights but that's about as negative as I can be. The bathrooms were both beautifully done and the kitchen contains all that's required. It was very clean and the bed comfortable. The outside space, accessed via the bedroom, was in the shade in November, but as it was warm this didn't really matter. There is a small supermarket two minutes walk away in Calle de la Luna, with a baker's shop a further two minutes along the road towards the Market Square where there are loads of restaurants and bars as well as the taxi rank, tram and train stops. For a special dining treat try the Ca'n Boqueta in Gran Via (tasting menu with matching wines) tel 971 638 398 and for tapas try Ca'n Pintxo in Calle de la Rectoria tel 971 631 643. You need to book both.

Secure parking just metres away is perfect. The main plaza is a lovely 5 minute walk away along one of the nicest streets in Soller.
Really clean everywhere. Comfy beds and a super shower. We live in the middle of nowhere so found the street noise at night disturbing. A great place to stay good value for money.
The location of this property is ideal, very central to the main square in Soller. It is very well equipped, and clean. We loved having breakfast on the small terrace; it was comfortable throughout.
Beautiful and immaculate apartment right in the heart of Soller. The terrace was great for enjoying breakfast in the sunshine and the apartment is only a few minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. I particularly loved the morning stroll to patisserie Frau for their pain au chocolats! The views are also spectacular in this area.
We hired a car and the apartment does have an underground parking facility but beware the streets in the centre are very narrow and so we chose to park on the main road. A little walk but worth it to avoid the narrow streets. The hosts were fantastic, very helpful and after they told us about their restaurant at port de Soller we had to visit and ended up eating there 3 times in five days as the food was just devine. Overall fantastic apartment and Soller is such a treasure!
My daughter and I stayed in this wonderful home near the center of Soller on a recent rock climbing vacation. We found the home to be exactly as pictured in the photos, with plenty of clean towels and linens. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Even though the owner was very busy with the grand opening of his new hotel on the day we arrived, he took the time to come meet us and give us a tour of the home when we arrived. He was always quick to respond to any questions I had both before and during our trip. We paid a little extra to reserve a parking spot in an underground parking garage just 60m from the house. This proved very convenient as parking can be difficult to find on Soller's narrow streets. We needed a car to reach the places where we rock climbed. If we were only visiting Soller, we would not have needed one. The house is within easy walking distance of the village square, grocery stores, restaurants and cafes. If I am lucky enough to return to Soller I would happily rent this house again.
