Broomfield House is a fabulous refurbished coastal 6 bedroom holiday home, with 3 bathrooms and 2 living rooms with open fires.Located in Telscombe cliffs a quiet suburb close to Brighton and Rottingdean.

The fantastic 25 foot kitchen has seating for 16 and is equipped for gourmet group dining and opens out to a large ,secure, sunny garden.

It is the ideal choice for large family or group of friends up to 14 people visiting the Brighton area for a holiday or special event.

You'll have ample off road parking for 3 cars and free on-street parking.

The beach is just a 5 minute walk away and you'll also find two pubs offering sea views, great food and entertainment, and there are local stores, an off licence and take-aways.

Enjoy nights out, quiet nights in, country walks or sea side strolls it's up to you.

Buses run every 10 minutes from the end of the road and run till 3am every night except Sundays

Brighton is approximately 15 minute by bus or driving and taxis cost approx £19 to £21 4/ 8 Seater .

This fabulous holiday let ticks all the boxes!

You'll be ideally located to access everything that Sussex has to offer; Beachy Head, The Seven Sisters Country Park, Rottingdean village

(with a host of independent shops, pubs and cafes), the miles of beautiful coastline, our picturesque villages and of course the famous Brighton nightlife, restaurants and shopping!!

The beauty of this area is that London can be reached in under an hour by fast train links

LIVING ROOM 1: Sleeps 1 on 1 sofa bed and 1 person on a pull out single bed, smart 65 inch TV & DVD; Plenty of DVDs and books are provided

OPEN PLAN LIVING ROOM 2: [There is a sofa bed here should you need the extra space to spread out but is divided by a privacy screen as it's open plan!]

TV & DVD player available here too. So no arguments about what to watch! French doors to patio. Open fire.

A very well equipped house situated in a superb location.

We have just spent a fabulous week at this property. We were 14 people and really enjoyed family dining both in the huge kitchen and the outside space (weather permitting!). There was a lovely welcome pack for when we arrived.

The property had everything you might need for it to feel like home including a massive DVD collection. Most bedrooms had a tv. Hot water was plentiful.

The location is really good being on the main bus route into Brighton. You can also walk to Saltdean for the beach and the lido.

There are two pubs at the bottom of the road and we ate at and enjoyed both.

We would definitely book this property again.

Perfect holiday house

On arrival Jill kept in constant contact and even offered us to get in early, the house was beautifully presented very clean and homely, we were very pleased to find a couple of bottles of bubbly, soft drinks, eggs, bread , tea, coffee, milk and even ice creams for the kids, the house suited our needs perfectly we had barbecues and the kids loved the 2nd lounge and had it as their very own movie room the kitchen had everything needed to feed and entertain our family of 9 adults and 5 children would definately recomend this property perfectly placed to explore all areas beds comfy too bonus

Broomfield House

On arrival It was lovely to be greeted by Jill and have a chat about the house. We found it to be everything we had expected, very welcoming and homely. We were impressed with the well-equipped kitchen, making good use of the large oven on a couple of occasions. It was a treat to open one of the fridges and find supplies of milk, fruit drinks and bubbly, plus loaves of bread and butter, also beverages and other basic supplies in the cupboards. All bedrooms and showers/bathroom were fine, and the two lounges were comfortable for relaxing after dinner. During our stay we were unable to use the attractive garden and seating area outside as it was a little too cold, but we enjoyed the view from the house.

Stunning house in very convenient location

Broomfield house was perfect for our group of 13, including babies, children and adults. Clean, spacious and modern and perfectly equipped for a large family holiday including some lovely touches such as bread, butter, milk and bubbly in the fridge on arrival! We were made to feel very welcome. The location was great - quiet enough to be peaceful but very easy to access local towns and attractions. We loved Eastbourne, the Big Park on piddinghoe avenue, Saltdean Lido, the beach at Seaford and of course Brighton! Lots of good places to eat or get takeaways from locally too. Highly recommended! Thanks for a fantastic week. :-)

Beautiful, spacious property

A very comfortable and stylish house with lots of additional free touches such as dishwasher tablets and towels. We enjoyed the Cava that was in the fridge when we arrived and appreciated the milk and bread also left for us. The best part of the house is the spacious and superbly equipped kitchen which opens onto the garden. There are 3 fridges: very useful to chill drinks when the weather is hot.

We were a group of 13 adults and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would not hesitate in recommending Bromfield House. The homeowner was a delight and very helpful.
